Fantastic View Condo
This is our 4th stay at this resort and this was the best yet. We really loved this ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and an amazing view. The lanai is awesome, with a table and four chairs, and a very comfy lounger. It was a great place for watching whales all week! One of the best parts was that we didn’t even need to leave the couch in the living room in order to see the whales. You just look out the large sliders, and there they were! They had several very nice beach chairs and lots of large comfy beach towels. Shower is awesome and the king size bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Megan and team for being so welcoming and attentive!

Wonderful Getaway!
My husband and I recently spent a week at this lovely getaway for our 10th anniversary. The size of the condo and the location was perfect. I appreciated all of the little touches throughout the condo that help set this property apart from others - an arrival gift, sulphate free shampoo, chairs and towels for the beach, etc. Communication was fast and the location just steps away from the beach was stunning. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night on the lanai. What are you waiting for??

THE BEST IN MAUI!
This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The place was nice, clean and had everything you need for your vacation. So well organized too! The view was impeccable; sat on the deck for hours. This was worth every penny! We wish we stayed longer and I even said can we buy this place? Lol.Great location for some of our favorite beaches, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in Maui!
Our family was amazed how clean and fresh the unit is. I've read a lot of not so good reviews on some units at Papakea but this one is definitely not! 10/10 in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location on the resort. Can see the pool and ocean and sunset from the porch. King-sized bed is so comfortable, there's also a queen-sized sofa bed at the living room. Kitchen is so well-equipped, in-suite laundry and dryer was a big help, and after a day's adventure, the 2 airconditioners in the living room and the bedroom totally lulls you to a complete rest and relaxation ready for next day's adventure. Megan and the Stice team are so accommodating and easy to speak with. Kudos to the team and the unit owners for such a beautiful unit and giving our family an amazing stay!

This condo was wonderful. The listing pictures match the condo itself. The condo was comfortable, clean, up-to-date and well equipped with everything I needed. The little welcome gift was very thoughtful. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. The pool, BBQ area and putting green are just steps from the lanai. Multiple family members stayed in different condos on the property, but mine was used as the family dinner place due to the great location. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The "snowbirds" who stay here made Papakea feel like a cozy community with many people on their balconies or lanais having dinner, chatting, and playing card games. The only suggestion I would give is to have an outside lock on the lanai sliding door. I found myself wanting to use it the most, but wasn't able to because I couldn't lock the condo. I only gave the property management 2 stars because they did not respond or acknowledge either the text or email I sent. It was not a big deal, but would have been polite. Otherwise this place was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect honeymoon
From the second we got to go property booking was extremely easy. The property is in prime location. There’s nothing I would change about the property itself or the booking process. We would’ve stayed longer if our next reservation would’ve allowed us to cancel without a charge. Property owners are in much communication with you. Neighbors at rental are great as well. Fantastic views you will see mini whales. Many amenities to offer. Great food within walking location. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer were great to have. Sunsets and roses are amazing. Can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect Maui vacation spot
We’ve been to Maui many times and this is one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed. Owners provided everything you could need and more. View is fabulous. Papakea resort isn’t huge so you feel like you’re in a secluded place but the pool, putting green, shuffleboard, view…just perfect.

Amazing condo with great amenities
This is a super remodeled condo at a very nice resort with great amenities. Easy check in and check out with staff on site most of the day! Great communication with the host. Condo has an awesome ocean view. It is fully stocked with extra touches like lots of gear to take to a day at the beach, tons of spices and cookware, and bathroom amenities. A super quiet location with great A/C. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved everything about our stay at Papakea. The condo was perfect. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to walk out the lanai and be right on the beach or pool. This resort was spacious and not over crowded the way some others were even though I suspect they were at full capacity. We did not need to worry if there would be chairs available around the pool. Loved it and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in B105. This condo is clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all essential items. The master bedroom was very comfortable and tranquil. My kids slept well on the pull out couch. It was wonderful to have an AC unit in both the master and living rooms at nighttime. During the day, we kept the screen doors open and enjoyed the ocean breeze. This condo has an amazing view of the ocean and we enjoyed sitting on the patio each evening watching the beautiful sunset. The grounds at papakea are stunning and meticulously maintained. We enjoyed a short walking distance to many essentials- grocery store, fish market, ABC store, food trucks and of course, the ocean! Ivy & Jim have thought of everything with this condo and we are already dreaming of our return. Thank you for having us!

Even better than the listing!
My partner and I just enjoyed a week-long stay at this wonderful condo at the Papakea resort, and our entire experience was 100%! From the communications with Ivy, to how clean and well-appointed the property is, we have nothing but great things to say about our stay and can't wait to go back. We loved being at ground level, and strolling right out to the pool or the ocean, and for stargazing at night. The unit was eat-off-the-floor clean, and stocked with all the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies you could ever need. There's plenty of parking and it's an easy stroll to the ABC store, some restaurants, shops, and a pop-up food truck lot. Huge thanks to Ivy and Jim for sharing their Maui home with us!

AMAZING
Where to even begin. This property has it all. Literally everything you will need for your stay in Maui is all here. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and more. The condo itself is gorgeous! The kitchen is over stocked with indoor and outdoor dining accoutrements. The view from the lanai is great, shaded in the morning with an amazing view and sun in the afternoon. To top it all off, the best part of our stay was the owners, Ivy and Jim. They are the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. We are so happy that we booked their home and will be booking again in the future.

The updated condo was beautiful! Not to mention being on the first floor provided easy access to the amenities like the pool. We cannot say enough about this Condo and The Owners of B105! Ivy was in contact with us from beginning to end, making sure we had everything we needed. This Condo is exactly as pictured, extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed from dinnerware to beach supplies. This was our first time to Maui, and accommodations can make or break a trip, We were very fortunate to have booked B105 with Owners Ivy & Jim, super easy to deal with, awesome location and loved the ground level, we will be back and hopefully book the same condo!!

Loved our stay at Papakea in Ivy's condo
We loved our stay at Papakea in Ivy's incredible condo. From pre booking to post check out, Ivy was always so helpful and responsive in her communications with us. Her condo unit is outstanding, very nicely furnished with excellent upgrades, a great kitchen, and so well stocked you feel like your at home. It is also in likely the best location in the complex, with close by parking, beautiful sunset views from the ground floor lanai, easy access to the pool and BBQs, and so close to the beautiful lawn area and loungers over looking the stunning West Maui ocean, with incredible views of Molokai'i and Lanai. The condo is a very short walk to the terrific little beach making it so easy to go for ocean swims and snorkeling. We saw several turtles swimming by from our loungers. We are long time West Maui visitors and have stayed in several different locations throughout the yrs, and Ivy's condo was perfect for our stay. And with Ivy's fantastic condo comes the many great features of staying at Papakea. We loved Papakea's quietness, it's nicely landscaped open spaces, ponds and very large and well maintained lawn areas. Checking in and out was a breeze, and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with. There are also morning water exercise classes and yoga at the pool. Other great benefits staying at Papakea are it's close proximity to nearby restaurants, gas station, ABC Store, Times Market, and the Honokowai Food Trucks. We can easily recommend staying at Ivy's Papakea condo without hesitation, and are so glad we booked it for our week stay. We enjoyed it so much, we've mentioned to Ivy that we want to book it again for 2020. Check it out, you'll be glad you did. Mahalo Ivy for a such a fantastic stay at your Papakea condo, we loved it.
