Ocean views from the lanai, the bedroom, the pool, the BBQ, and even from the parking spot! Welcome to our Ocean Oasis in Kona, where you have a private box seat to watch the spinner dolphins, humpback whales, outrigger canoe races, or the gorgeous Kona sunsets that go on forever!

Our airy, spacious third-floor, 1bdrm condo is in a quiet, small complex right on Ali’i Drive. You’ll love being on the top floor, looking right out on the ocean and horizon from the lanai. Experienced snorkelers will be thrilled at the private access on the property to world-class snorkeling- beautiful coral coves, vibrant tropical fish,  spotted eagle rays, and if you’re lucky, maybe even an octopus! Keiki (children) will enjoy tide pooling at low tides on the rocks. If lounging poolside is more your speed, the complex has a lovely swimming pool with deck chairs and loungers, changing facilities, and a reading room full of beach reads.

Ali’i Villas is in a great location to jump off to any of your Big Island adventures. Pearly white sand beaches, black sand beaches, green sand beaches, crystal clear water, swimming with manta rays, black lava rock, prairies with grazing cattle, snow-capped mountains, lush rainforests, coffee farms- the Big Island is home to it all!

No car? No problem. You can still have a great time on your visit! There is a shopping trolley stop right in front of the property that can get you to and from the airport, as well as the downtown shops, and nearby beaches. Ali’I Villas is a friendly community, where neighbors gather every night to watch the sunset on the ocean front benches.

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed, There is a support board under the couch cushions that can be put under the mattress, and there are toppers in the bedroom closet for additional comfort.  We also have an inflatable air bed if needed.  The living room and bedroom have portable air conditioners, which you won’t need most of the time, with the soft ocean breezes and the overhead fans.

Kona coffee is famous for a reason, which is why we’ve provided both a Braun coffee maker and a French press! While we don’t recommend cooking while on vacation- there is a full kitchen with everything you need to do so. But we hope you enjoy some of the fantastic eateries you can find in Kona and maybe try your hand at making poke with some of the delicious fresh fish you can find at the local grocery.

Basic beach gear is provided, but we recommend that you rent or bring a good snorkel and mask and reef shoes if you’re going to be doing any ocean exploring!
