Lage, Lage, Lage .... Dieses Haus hat die perfekte Lage. Direkt über dem Flughafen gelegen und bequem zwischen der Stadt und den schönen Stränden der Kona-Küste gelegen, können Sie in nur 15 bis 20 Minuten das Beste von Kona in beide Richtungen genießen.

Dieses Haus ist ein idealer Ort für Ironman-Musiker, da es einen einfachen Zugang zum Training bietet. Wir haben auch ausreichend Platz für Ihre Ausrüstung.

Die Big Island ist am besten mit einem Mietwagen zu erleben, da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Fahrzeug erreicht werden. Die wichtigsten Autovermietungen befinden sich am KOA Flughafen und sind nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt.

We loved staying here. We had 9 people with us of all ages. We had enough room and everything we needed. My son lived swimming in the pool and we enjoyed all the beach supplies. We had a 2 year old and he had a highchair, toys and books to keep him Happy. The host is very nice and leaves treats for you. She was easy to communicate with.

Awesome place!
Like the title says; Awesome Place! The check in process was easy and very well communicated. We were given instructions in advance and had no issues getting settled in. We were greeted with a wonderful gift of fresh fruit, Hawaiian bread and local chocolates! Leading up to our stay every question we asked was answered very quickly. Debbie and Greg were perfect hosts! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, even toys for the kids to use and games! The house sleeps 8 easily. We had 10, including 2 children under 10 years old and managed with no issues. There is one bathroom, but we knew that going in and made it work just fine. The location was perfect for us. Just 10 minutes or so from the airport (KOA). We spent every day exploring the island from the north end to the south end and all points in between. I highly recommend Debbie and Greg's place for your Hawaii vacation! If we ever get the chance to visit the big island again we will definitely use Debbie and Greg's place!

Great Place and Value
We stayed here for 7 nights with our family of 7. The space was pleanty big for our family and we loved the spacious kitchen. We were also thankful for all the supplies provided-beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and more. The backyard was also very nice with the pool. We also found the location to be convenient for our many island adventures. We would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Big Island, definitely an amazing value.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. Although it was nothing fancy or upscale, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and loved the outdoor patio to enjoy. The pool isn't heated & wasn't super clean so we weren't able to use it. We didn't know the owners live in the upstairs flat. It didn't affect us at all, but I think its good information to know before booking. Its away from the hustle & bustle of people. Its in a great location to explore any part of the island. Mahalo!

Home base on the Big Island
This is a really spacious 2 bedroom home close to the Kona airport, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a huge kitchen and living room, and space to sleep several more people than the four adults in my group. There is a new sectional sofa (not pictured) that is super comfortable. For a bigger group, the bottleneck might be the single bathroom. A great bonus is the swimming pool that is exclusively for this rental, and the rest of the yard with gas grill and outdoor seating. This was my first time visiting the Big Island, and I hope to repeat yearly. I would happily rent this property again.

Perfect place for us!
This was exactly what we needed! Large property, plenty of space for our family to stretch out. The kitchen in particular was fantastic! The hosts were incredibly gracious and left us some Hawaiian goodies for our arrival. Everything was well thought out and they provided everything a vacationing family would need, and even lent us extra beach toys and towels. There was also a pool, grill, and tree house! Awesome Staycation
We are local residents & rented this for a little home away from home. From the time we were interested in booking-we checked out, the owners were very helpful & kind. It was very clean,spacious & very enjoyable for us. My 4 year old loved the pool!! Amenities & condiments were plentiful & the bbq area was perfect. Bedding was very comfy for all. The owners did not bother only to check & make sure all was well☺️ It was nice to walk in & see toys for small children (I had 2) it made it feel much more welcoming. We even got a nice treat-M&M chocolate chip cookies. We would definitely love to come & stay again.

Overall our stay was great. We needed a comfortable home base for our two kids (7 & 10) and Debbie & Greg’s place delivered. The kids loved the pool and the cozy living room. The neighbourhood was nice and only 10-15 mins from town & airport. We did find we ended up doing a lot of driving because there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance. Debbie & Greg were very responsive and were quick to fix an issue with the wifi during our stay. I will lay out the pros & cons. Pros: -lots of room, nice kitchen, the backyard to ourselves with a pool was awesome (the owners live upstairs). -plenty of towels, shampoo etc. -ceiling fans in every room -nice TV with satellite -lots of parking available - nice quiet neighbourhood -water cooler -larger beds Cons: -when we first arrived the floors were not very clean. All surfaces were very clean, as was the bathroom. -apparently it was millipede season and it was evident. When we arrived there were a few dead ones around on the floor. -generally the place needs a big full clean (walls, cupboards, cabinets, under beds etc). -the master bedroom at the back with a king bed smelled a bit musty and the bed is very soft (older mattress). -middle bed is kind of in the hall next to the bathroom which might be a problem for some (it was fine for us). -the drier needs a new element since it wasn’t really drying anything. I did mention the cleanliness issues to Debbie as I know she uses a cleaning service. She assured me she was getting a different cleaning service.

Wonderful Home
The home was perfect for our family vacation. We liked that it's only 15 minutes from the Kona Airport and about 20 minutes from the grocery stores. Its tucked into a lovely neighborhood surrounded by beauty. The kitchen is fabulous and clean and open. Plenty of room to prepare meals and have others helping without running into each other. The bedrooms were lovely and worked perfectly for our family of 4. It does get a little warm since theres no A/C and just 1 small window in the master bedroom. My husband had difficulty with that but he likes the room at 70 degrees to sleep comfortably. Debbie was sweet and always responded to my text when I had a question. She is ccommodating and wants you to enjoy your stay and makes you feel welcome. Great place, great host! Thank you for allowing to stay in your home while we enjoyed exploring The Big Island!

Outdoor tub is not working. Several ceiling lights are busted, no proper dining table except high counter top eating area. Random queen bed located in the door entrance, but lots of beach stuff and chairs available to us. Kitchen and toilets are well kept. Overall, the place is worth the price.

Wonderfully large and comfortable space
Devorah went above and beyond helping us with our initial Vrbo reservation and when our rental car fell through. Their home was perfect for us: 2 parents and 3 kids (ages 21, 19, 16). The kids all had their own large bed to stretch out in. Lots of room in the kitchen and living room too. We also appreciated the bread fruit and coffee, washer and dryer, cooler and beach chairs, and the proximity to town and beaches. Thanks so much for being the perfect ending to our family vacation!
