The setup was beautiful on this small no-wake lake. Beach was sandy but pretty small considering there were so many kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat all in the small area. The shallow water around the dock made for great playing for the young kids. And the fishing was fun for those who wanted to try their luck , their were lots of small fish. There aren't any chairs by the beach, you may want to bring your own.
The house is full of all the towels you could possibly need, including beach towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of plates and most of what we needed for the week, we did buy foil 9x13 pans for some cooking.
To the owners: I would suggest more rugs by the back door and downstairs. It's impossible to come in from the beach or hot tub and not be wet (and sandy). The front door lock and the back door lock were very difficult to lock, you really have to giggle the door to get just the right place for the lock to turn. The grill is a nice Weber natural gas grill but is so rusted inside, replacement parts are easy to obtain, I suggest you do so. Also, the railroad ties acting as a sidewalk from parking area to house are rotting out. There are two of them that are downright dangerous. Also, almost impossible to roll a suitcase over. One last suggestion, add a plastic pan with water near the hot tub that can be used to rinse off feet. People naturally went from the beach to the hot tub and it was difficult to do that without carrying sand in.
