„I was looking for a central place to stay with diving in mind. View was fantastic and it is below 2000 feet.So very clean and having shampoo and conditioner was so helpful. Yes, there are chickens and dueling feral roosters that start crowing about 3am, close the windows worked well for us, nice and cool by then. Will be back if available again!So“

„The location was great, not far from town and not in the busy area of Kona. The property was great for our large family. Only downside was the traffic noise early in the am but otherwise you don't notice it. Quick drive to airport. Great host! Great view of the ocean. “

„Obwohl wir ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Reception anreisten, klappte die Wohnungsübernahme bestens. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. „Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. „This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy.“
