„The location is great walking distance to the Rainforest Discovery Centre, Sunbear and Orangutan sanctuary. The breakfast was average, no eggs! But staff were lovely. It’s a comfortable and basic place but we enjoyed it very much.“

„Entsprichtt einer 1* Unterkunft. Erhielten kein Deluxe-Zimmer obwohl ei solches gebucht und bezahlt. Nach Nachfrage war dises ein solches da mit Balkon. Alle Zimmer hatten aber ein Balkon und die Deluxe-Zimmer waren in einem anderen Gebäudekomplex!!! Gein Gepaeck-Service, Zimmer über zahlreiche Treppen erreichbar!“

„Pros are proximity to the airport, and available free shuttle to the airport as well. Otherwise an average 2 star hotel. Cons Breakfast is a buffet style with Rice, Noodles and Vegetables, and Chicken. Eggs are boiled but almost RAW. You can toast your own bread with butter and jelly. Coffee is ok. The rooms are not very clean. Ours was a Non-smoking on the 4th floor, but it smelled like cigarettes. There is Hot water in the shower. Only one half used roll of toilet paper was available. „I booked for my father. He said that the room soooooo narrow and smells bad. He doesn’t have a pleasant stay for the night and he don’t want to stay anymore at this hotel. He also mentioned, he told the reception that he will leaving early, and the receptionist overslept and took few minutes to woke them up. Terrible. “

„The hotel and the room was very old and should be renovated urgently. The fridge was not clean and there was no shampoo in the shower. Staff is very kind and helpful. The location was not that good, because there were only local restaurants nearby. The price was ok for all that. “

„There are improvements being carried out, which will make a difference in the future. We were unable to get the advertised wifi at all, despite the router being reset many times. This was annoying. On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door. "Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das wifi war erst Katastrophal und als ich mich beschwert habe, wurde es auf die Telekom vor Ort geschoben. Jedoch war es dann plötzlich seit diesem Abend um Welten besser ;) Das Frühstück war auch lecker, jedoch wurden leere Platten nicht nachgefüllt. Schade ist, dass die Mentalität der Menschen so über den dreck in Öffentlichkeit hinwegsieht. Das Meer wo man direkt drauf schaut ist voller Plastikmüll und keinen stört es oder keiner fühlt sich bemüßigt etwas aufzuräumen, das ist sehr traurig. "
