"A Perfect Holiday – It Doesn’t Get Any Better! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. We’d especially like to mention Mr. Praba, the manager, who personally ensured that all our wishes were fulfilled. His dedication and the professionalism of the entire staff were truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and great care was taken to make sure families with children felt welcome. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly, which was very important to us. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge selection, and we had the option to dine in two different restaurants – one offering Asian specialties and the other serving American-style breakfast. A delight for every taste! Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it easy and comfortable to get to our room or any other area of the hotel. The pools were immaculately clean, and there were plenty of loungers, so we always had a spot to relax. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team once again!"

"Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage am sehr schönen Pantai Tengah. Wir waren hier im August. Der Strand war sauber und das Wasser klar. Es gab keinerlei Quallen o.ä. Am Pool und am Strand gab es immer reichlich freie Liegen im Schatten. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Auffrischung! Aber alles ist wirklich sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns in den 5 Tagen dort trotzdem richtig wohlgefühlt. "
