„Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. “

„This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.“

„All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience.“
