„Honestly, this is a really nice motel, super comfy bed, and an amazing location! But to say the walls are paper thin might be an exaggeration. I heard everything from the room above mine, even the gentlemen sigh when he sat on the bed. Thankfully they weren't rowdy guests or it wouldve been a nightmare. The ttl lack of sound barrier is unfortunate because if it wasn't for that, I'd say everything else about the property exceeds expectations. If you're hard of hearing or extremely heavy sleeper, ...

„We stayed for 2 nights. Everything in the apartment was as advertised. It is very close to the East Gate of Jasper National Park which was unfortunately closed during our stay due to wildfires. The host Amy was very helpful in addressing all our questions on what is open and what to see etc with all the closures. Since the family lives upstairs, we could hear the footsteps when they were walking about but they were very considerate to keep it quiet after 11PM. Would recommend this to others.“

„As our stay progressed, we were reminded many times of the importance of location to enjoying our vacation. (Everything we did was a relatively short walk to a bus stop or a short drive away). Jolene was very helpful and responsive, we appreciated this nice place!“

„Lack of communication for the basics like ice, getting more coffee pods, getting the room cleaned. Discovered stuff around that was not in an obvious place. Couldn’t even find a front desk, or any on site staff to assist us.“

„I booked this hotel for my anniversary on Sept 1st for one night and I paid about $520 and I checked in at 4:30pm. Unfortunately I received a phone call from back home edmonton at around 7:30pm that my mother ended up in the hospital and of coursed I packed everything and left for 8pm to go back home. I talked to the staff at the front desk about this very special and unfortunate situation - and since I used the room for less than 4 hours I asked if they could do anything for me for the future ...

Brand new, casual place in Banff

"Brand new hotel and the end of town, 20 minutes walking distance to the center of Banff, along a secure street with pedestrian pathway. Final touches still missing as its very new. Standard rooms with nice Terrace as we where in the main building (other rooms have no such view). Wonderful staff, and great casual atmosphere. Only criticism: The light in the room. Either very dark with just bed reading lamps or with room light it reminds you of a hospital. NOT cosy at all! Over all a good place to stay! We definitely recommend! "
