Great Place to Stay
This was a great place to stay and the hosts made it easy to get in and out with virtual codes and were very responsive to any questions. This is a very spacious apartment with big bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in town.

We loved the location being very close to Union Station, etc. The loft had everything you needed. Only wished the police would control loud music being played by cars passing by and at one point just parked and blaring rap music. We could not sleep at all on Saturday night. This is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, it was a great location.

Nice Alternative to a Hotel Room
Overall we were happy with this property. I wish I had read the listing more carefully to notice that the second bedroom is a loft without full walls. We shared this unit with another couple, so it was a little awkward to have one couple staying in the loft. It was also quite noisy in the front bedroom from the club across the street. It was nice to have in-unit laundry though. I think we would have had better expectations for this place if we hadn't had to complete the review of us (including a selfie) prior to staying. That and the listing title of "luxury loft apartment" made us think we were staying somewhere really special. In reality, the finishes and furnishings were really just okay. Nothing about the space said "luxury" to me. It was perfectly adequate for our needs, but not at all luxurious.

Great location. Nicely furnished.
We had everything we needed in a great location within walking distance at the convention center and many fine restaurants. Especially Jack Stack barbecue. Just missing dish towels. And you may need to buy more toilet paper if you stay longer than a few days. Nice gym and rec room with a pool table. Parking is tricky.

Stayed for a long weekend for a sporting event at the convention center. The apartment was stylish with beautiful original wood floors and exposed brick. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property is in a great location near art and restaurants and VERY convenient to get to the convention center! Would stay again for sure.

Adorable place!
The loft itself was amazing! Everything was exactly as pictured, and there were plenty of clean linens. The only issue we had was that free parking was rarely available near the building, and most of the spots were time limited. There was a nearby garage that wasn’t too pricey, but still annoying when it’s freezing outside. As another reviewer mentioned there is a noisy restaurant that you can hear music from at night, but they provided box fans in the apartment which really helped drown out the noise. Overall a very nice stay!

This was a great place to stay with friends or family. It’s very easy access to a lot of places both walking distance and driving. It is a little loud with a nightclub next door but it didn’t affect anyone in our party. We definitely recommend staying here!

WOOFER SPEAKER nightclub NIGHTMARE
Warning the review likely “dates” me. But I would NOT rent this unit unless you are young person wanting to party all weekend. This was an expensive rental and so I think it appropriate to share my experience. I came to Kansas City on a business trip with two coworkers. We were working the KC Irish festival from Wednesday - Monday. Very LONG days in the heat 10- midnight. Unit was only moderately clean on arrival. Fingerprints on all the glass tabletops sheets not fully on beds.on arrival There was a strong stench of marajuana in the lobby all days of our stay and then when we arrived on floor there were garbage bags outside many units on our floor and it smelled horrible of garbage. The biggest issue we faced was the nightclub across the street played reverberating thunderous blaring music until 2:30 am Thursday Friday and Saturday night. The party atmosphere made parking hard to find. Center street was a hopping street with additional screaming and partying merriment on the street all night long. When you are working long days the inability to get any sleep was disappointing. All that said there are bars and restaurants very nearby and location is central for those looking for the all night party. The loft itself (if it was clean) is lovely layout and the beds were comfortable. No pods for dishwasher. No Kuerig listed on add. Basically I would say this venue is more suited for a college dorm experience.

This loft apartment was perfect for our stay. It is next door to the Crossroads hotel that has a roof top bar with the best view of the City skyline. Comfortable beds and furniture. A two minute walk to fabulous restaurants. A great stay.

Excellent place to stay! Easy check in process, great communication from property management, close to everything downtown! Building is a really cool old industrial building.
