„ Had a good stay at this property as we have in the past. Got unlucky this time and had romper room on the floor above us that had children running back and forth till 1 am. The host messaged them the first night and they finally stopped. Not so much luck the second night. Good, clean convenient property though “

„Spent a couple of days at KSU track meet with friends. The property was perfect for is with 4 bedrooms and about 3 blocks to the indoor track. The condo provided all the necessary items. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. Great property; great stay. We’ll be back!“

„The Happy Hawk far exceeded our expectations for our weekend visit to Lawrence! What a perfect spot, close to all the Mass Street favorites! We were celebrating our son’s graduation from KU, and the Happy Hawk provided every bit of Jayhawk nostalgia.. so fitting for the occasion! „We stayed comfortably in this house for our gymnastics competition. The host was very attentive to anything we needed. “

„Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). „We had two groups of families stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. A total of 13 adults and 6 grandchildren 6 and under. It was a fabulous stay. This VRBO was beautifully decorated for the Holiday a very nice touch and surprise. I would definitely recommend this place to others. “

Nicht das Zimmer über dem Pool

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Glaube 239. Mit Blick auf ein Dach mit Generatoren. Der ganze Boden hatte vibriert. Vorallem wenn man vor dem TV Möbel stand konnte man es spüren. In der Nacht sprang immer wieder die Heizung oder etwas ähnliches an (es war nicht die Klimaanlage) was sehr störend war. Die Leute im Nachbarzimmer haben immer wieder gegen die Wand gepoltert. Vermutlich auch weil es sie gestört hatte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben, aber sie Stv. Managerin hatte nicht wirklich Verständnis gezeigt und uns kaum geglaubt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. "
