Willkommen in unserem Strandhaus auf der Insel Kauai!

Lae Nani ist ein wunderschönes Resort an der Ostseite von Kauai, südlich von Kapaa. Unsere Lage ermöglicht Ihnen einen einfachen Zugang zur Nordküste (Napali Coast) und zur Südküste (Poipu, Waimea Canyon) und der Zugang zu Geschäften und Restaurants ist zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Dies ist eine komplett renovierte Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in der obersten Etage eines 3-stöckigen, begehbaren Gebäudes. Unser Standort bietet Privatsphäre gegenüber den anderen Einheiten und vermittelt Ihnen das Gefühl, in Ihrer eigenen Welt zu sein.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine Veranda (Balkon) und ist zum Meer ausgerichtet, sodass Sie dem Geräusch oder der Aussicht auf das Meer nicht näher kommen können. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann mit zwei Einzelbetten oder einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet werden.

Es gibt eine große Veranda neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Liegestühlen und einem Tisch im Freien. Die Lage der Wohnung bedeutet, dass wir den Aufgang der Morgensonne über dem Meer mit einem atemberaubenden 180-Grad-Blick beobachten. Am Nachmittag ist die Sonne hinter uns, sodass die Ventilatoren und Passatwinde angenehme Temperaturen aufrechterhalten können (es gibt keine Klimaanlage). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und für Sie bereit, falls Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten zu Hause zubereiten möchten.

Wir heißen Familien willkommen und bieten viele Spiele und Babyzubehör, darunter ein Reisebett und einen Kinderwagen. Es gibt eine große Rasenfläche direkt vor der Tür und der Sand ist nur etwa 75 Fuß entfernt, wo sich ein Keiki-Pool (Kinderpool) befindet, in dem die Kleinen den Ozean sicher erkunden können. Es gibt einen beheizten Pool für alle Lae Nani Gäste und wir haben einen Kleiderschrank mit Strandutensilien, den Sie gerne benutzen können.

Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN und es gibt einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Kabel, Netflix und Amazon Prime. Es gibt eine Stereoanlage, die lokale Radiosender einschaltet oder Musik über Ihr Smartphone wiedergibt. Wir haben einen schlüssellosen Zugang zur Wohnung, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen über den Verlust eines Schlüssels machen müssen. Das Parken ist kostenlos und gesichert.

Family vacation to HI
We booked our trip to HI just a couple of weeks back - first to Kauai and then to the Big Island. We were so lucky to have found this gem of a condo on Kauai. The place was impeccable, the grounds were amazing and we absolutely loved the beach right in front of the condo, especially in the morning when you could wade in the tide pool. Proximity to everything is awesome. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves day and night. Our hosts were great and very responsive, checking in to see how things were going. We will definitely book here again!

Amazing location, super responsive hosts, perfectly well stocked apartment. We loved every minute of our stay in late March. Restaurants within walking distance and as a coffee geek, spoiled with two roasters nearby. The pool was rarely busy and the kids had an incredible time there and at the beach. We would go back in a heart beat. This apartment is a big part of the reason why our holiday in Kauai was so special (note: family with two teenagers)

Excellent vacation rental
We had a fabulous stay in Kauai and this condo was a large reason why. The condo is equipped with everything you need: a full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry in unit, a beach closet with all your beach going necessities, and 2 lanai's with ocean views. It's location on the island is also excellent. There's a beach right out your front door. Grocery, drug stores, and restaurants are close by. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wish this was our home!
I don't think it is possible for us to find a nicer place. From the location and the views to the amenities and graciousness of our hosts, this place is absolutely perfect for our family. So many places to eat, drink and shop that are within walking distance. The condo itself is like a second home to us. We have everything that you could possibly need and to wake up to those sunrises is like waking up from a dream. Can't wait to come back.

Great Condo in Lae Nani
This was a fantastic condo. We spent every morning and evening on the 3rd floor lanai overlooking Wailua Bay and the beautifully landscaped grounds. The view was stunning and the lanai was well equipped with 2 loungers and a table with 4 chairs. The inside of the unit was nicely appointed with everything you could need – fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, ice packs, etc. I have back issues and found the beds to be very comfortable. The restaurant recommendations by Wendell & Shannon were spot on. I would strongly recommend making reservations (where possible) well in advance. We really enjoyed being based in Kapaa for our trip. We thank the hosts for sharing their beautiful condo with us and would definitely stay again if we visit Kauai.

Beautiful unit and location!
We truly loves this rental. Well stocked with kitchen needs, beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, pool floats, noodles, coolers, boogie boards, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies. The beds were comfortable. The grounds of Lea Nani are just gorgeous. A beach, pool, outdoor shower for rinsing, foot rinsing stations at each stairwell, outdoor lounges, and paths to the neighboring beach and Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant. You are in easy walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and bakeries. Grills are located all over the property both near building stairwells and the pool. Views are incredible and check in/checkout was easy with no key needed. Appliances are newer and well working. Lots of books including Kauai travel books. No bugs at all. The ocean breezes didn’t come into the unit with all of the windows open..may just be the season so we had to use the air conditioner at night. Our only minor concern was the size of the bathroom sink areas. There is no place to put toiletries, which could be easily fixed by adding a shelf above the sinks. Did not deter from our joy of staying in this beautiful unit/complex. The grounds really add to the magic of this location as they are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. We thank the hosts for sharing their home with us!!

Kauai magic !
It was our first time in Kauai and definitely won't be the last. Shannon and Wendell's property is picture perfect as listed & described, best host, very patient and accommodating when our schedules were messed up with Maui wildfires. Their rental has everything needed for the trip, fully stocked kitchen supplies, beach toys, excellent location to north and south side of island. The condominium was very pretty and clean and the association grounds are very well kept. The beds and pillows were comfortable and soft. Its located in a great area very close to shops and restaurants. Master bathroom is small with not much room to lay out our toiletries out. Unfortunately the last night we experienced bugs that looked like termites flying out of both bathroom vents. I notified the owners and they responded quickly. Dispite the little issues it was a nice stay in Kauai.

Family and friends trip
We really enjoyed our trip to Kauai. This complex is great with its location and access to beach. We had 4 families and everyone rented a place in the complex. Teens had a great time. They could walk for shaved ice or be in the pool or ocean or go shop. Our unit was amazing with great views. My husband could just sit In the balcony and work. The owners are super nice and responsive. We will rent this again for sure.
