Wenn Sie nach einem erholsamen Urlaub im hawaiianischen Paradies suchen, heißen wir Sie herzlich willkommen, unsere große und luxuriöse Wohnung mit Meerblick in den Beach Villas at Ko'Olina Resort zu besuchen. Sie buchen direkt von den Eigentümern (keine Vermietungsagentur) und es ist uns sehr wichtig, unseren Gästen ein außergewöhnliches Urlaubserlebnis zu bieten. Wir sind stolz auf den Erhalt und die Bevorratung unserer Villa, damit Sie sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Unsere 1386 m² große, von der Insel inspirierte, elegant gestaltete Villa verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, schöne afrikanische Mahagoni-Schränke, Türen und Formteile sowie eine geräumige 215 m² große Veranda mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und den üppigen Garten sowie einen elektrischen Sichtschutz. Die voll ausgestattete Signature-Küche wurde vom renommierten Chefkoch Roy Yamaguchi entworfen und umfasst High-End-Geräte wie einen 26-Flaschen-Weinkühlschrank. Das Esszimmer hat einen schönen Tisch aus Marmor mit Platz für sechs Personen. Unsere Zimmer sind 42 'Plasma-Fernseher mit DVD-Player und luxuriöser Bettwäsche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die leicht in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden kann, und ein tragbares Kinderbett ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit einem gesicherten Safe und ein Master-Badezimmer mit einer tiefen Badewanne und separater Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 47-Zoll-LED-HD-TV mit Blu-ray und Wii-U, WLAN, schnurlose Telefone und Lautsprecher mit blauem Zahn. Unsere Villa liegt im vierten Stock des Ocean Tower und ist nur wenige Schritte von den atemberaubenden Sandstränden der Honu Lagune entfernt.

Das Beach Villas Resort verfügt über Lagunen-Pools, darunter einen Sandboden-Pool für Kinder, einen Pool, drei Whirlpools, Koi-Teiche, Wasserfälle und üppige tropische Gärten. Es gibt ein hauseigenes Fitnesscenter und die Makai Hale Beach Bar.

Nur 25 Minuten vom Flughafen Honolulu auf West-Oahu im renommierten Fünf-Sterne-Resort Ko Olina entfernt. In diesem exklusiven Resort können Sie eine Runde Golf auf dem von Ted Robinson entworfenen Resort-Golfplatz genießen, im Ko Olina Marina segeln und Wale beobachten, Kurtage in den Resorts Four Season und Disney Aulani verbringen und verschiedene Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen.

we loved the location! We did the hike to Ka'ena Point, it was so worth it to see the Sea Bird field. Our only wish was that the lanai had a lounge chair to soak up that sun.

Great experience!
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, organized, and had lots of amenities available for us to use throughout our stay, such as a cooler, beach chairs, and more. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and quick to get back to me with information about any questions I had. They were exceptionally accommodating. Excellent Property and Resort!
Having a five star VRBO rental for the past 18 years myself, I am extra critical and can truly appreciate a well run, well kept, and well appointed property. This home has everything you need, was very well organized, nicely decorated, clean, and in a fantastic location. The homeowner was communicative and the information was accurate and easy to understand. The resort was in a good location, beautiful, well maintained, with an excellent fitness center, clean pools, and a friendly bar with live music. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Overall, the location was perfect for a great stay. Pool view and large sliding door patio was great (allowing space to feel so open). Like every beach property location - keeping the sand out is impossible. A great stay for a family with kids. Lagoon is calm and great for snorkeling. Disney Hotel across the way gave us options for food & the ABC store is a 10 Min walk away with quick bites. The morning walks along the beachfronts were worth every penny.

Perfect Family Getaway at Ko Olina Beach Villas
We had an unforgettable stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, thanks to Matt and Brandy’s exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. They truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Originally, we planned to stay in Waikīkī for our family of five’s first trip to Hawaii. However, due to the ongoing hotel strikes, we decided to change our plans—and we’re so glad we did! This condo exceeded all our expectations. From the ocean views to the spacious and beautifully appointed interior, everything was perfect. The condo was fully equipped with entertainment options, plenty of space for our family, and thoughtful touches like snorkeling gear, which we used to explore the local lagoons. With our three boys growing older—and two of them getting married soon—this trip was especially meaningful. We spent nine incredible days creating lasting memories together. Thank you, Matt and Brandy, for making our stay so wonderful. We can’t recommend this condo highly enough and look forward to returning in the future!

Fantastic Villa!
Being our first time to Hawaii, we were unsure of where to stay. This place was amazing - it had everything we needed plus much more. The pictures and description do not do it justice - it is truly paradise. The staff was so helpful and friendly (Kalei at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great - down to having maintenance assist in retrieving a toy that our 3 year old grandson had dropped from the balcony). The complex was clean and well maintained. The villa was just as described: all the beach items needed - 2 wagons, snorkeling gear galore, beach chairs, toys, etc.; Beds were comfortable; kitchen had everything you need for cooking as well as baby/toddler dishes. Only suggestion would be to maybe replace the cushions in living room chairs as they were flat and not that comfortable. The views were amazing. The pools and lagoon were incredible (not overcrowded and quiet). We could not have asked for a better home away from home and first experience in Hawaii. Highly recommend this villa!

Our family of 5 loved this villa! It had everything we needed for a week stay on the island. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa) and the kitchen was stocked to cook any kind of meal. The property is beautiful, and not nearly as busy as nearby resorts. If we ever go back to Oahu, we will certainly stay here again!

The property and communication could not have been better. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The patio doors opened the full length of the patio making for spectacular open air views during indoor down time. The lagoon and pools were calm and extremely enjoyable. There were very few restaurants nearby other than the ones associated with neighboring hotels. That said, the lack of restaurants was worth the very chill vibe in this area. We would go out and explore during the day and it was nice to return to a calm peaceful lagoon at night. We head to Waikiki later today and am assuming we will miss the calm of Ko Olina.

My husband, two children and I had a fantastic stay. Check in was smooth and welcoming with the property management. The condo was sparkling clean with a very nice kitchen. Utensils and pots and pans were great quality. We loved having a table and chairs on the lanai for enjoying meals outside. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, the lagoon pool is beautiful and great for our kids at 3 ft - 3 1/2ft deep. The beach lagoon was right outside of the pool. We snorkeled and saw many types of fish. the water was so calm the kids could play. The condo had an array of beach gear, sand toys, and a cart which was very helpful. Overall this was a definite 5 star stay. We will be recommending this condo to our friends and hope to stay again.

This was our 8th time at Beach Villas in a variety of units. We enjoyed this unit, the comfy beds and a well provisioned kitchen. Here are some things we loved that we have not had before: *labeled light switches (they can be confusing) *a wagon to carry all the provided beach items out to the beach *sharp knives *labeled shelves in the kitchen for easy access and help to put things back where they belong We loved our stay? Only suggestion is a "cheat sheet" to sync the two remotes and get to the local TV guide. Our ever cheerful and patient greeter helped us. He was very accessible by phone. Thanks!!

Beautiful place in paradise
Great spacious apartment in a a beautiful resort, with pools and beaches at your fingertips. The apartment is nicely decorated with two nice size bedrooms each with a large bathroom. The kitchen has an island for a quick breakfast and there is an indoor and outdoor dining table, if one chooses to eat in. There is a large walk in closet room full of everything you need for the beach! The lanai overlooks the pool area and has a view of the ocean. the owners have been very lovely and answered all of our questions. we would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

Amazing property
The location is perfect as it is close to all sites but in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. There are sooo many amenities on the property that are great for all ages. The room has everything you need and even things you didn’t realize you would need. The home owners have thought of everything. I would highly recommend this place. It’s good for all ages Mahalo!

The place was awesome. The kitchen was fully setup for a family to cook meals, they even had Tupperware for leftovers and packing lunches. They had all the snorkeling equipment and beach stuff too. Only thing I would add to the list is an umbrella.

Overall we loved the unit. It was a great location. Our greeter was Jason and he was wonderful to work with. Our only suggestion would be to have a welcome basket of some sort-always a nice touch. Also, there was nothing stocked so cooking would be difficult. Also, there were no coffee filters so that made it difficult as well. However, we would definitely stay there again as we would be prepared. Thank you for sharing your condo!!

Beautiful Villa for Families!
We had a great stay at this villa! It was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed at the beach with our teenagers, including a perfect size cooler with ice packs (!), plenty of beach towels, a beach wagon, awesome beach chairs with pockets for your phones and drinks, snorkel masks and body boards. All 3 beds were comfortable and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 roomy bathrooms had soft towels. The lanai/covered deck has a big table and chairs (along with a couch and table) with a great view of the huge, beautiful “quiet” pool below and the ocean in the distance. The lanai has great shade in the afternoons too - perfect for reading a book on your kindle! This condo is a quick elevator ride away from the “quiet” pool and the lagoon in front of the resort is just a short walk away (you wind through the “activity” pool area to get there). We thought our lagoon offered the most shade/grass areas for our beach chairs and was the least crowded (at least when we were there in early August). The walking path between all the resorts was wide and smooth and made it easy to get to the different restaurants at each resort (food wise - our resort only has a small menu of food/drinks at the bar by the activity pool). The resort itself was very clean and the gardens and pools etc are well kept up. Overall, our family loved staying in this villa and would love to return!
