„This lodge-style home is a perfect place for a group of people to stay. Beautiful and clean home. Very accommodating and had everything we needed for our stay. The game room is a fun place to hangout with lots to do. It is remote (about 15 min. to the nearest town) set on an active cattle farm. Once you turn off the highway, I recommend you have 4-wheel drive to get the mile drive back to the property if there is any mud and/or snow.“

„We enjoyed the roomy and cozy living and kitchen area for a visit with our family. The beds were comfortable too and we like having a garage for the car. We could have used some more paper towels in the kitchen and a light bulb was missing in one living room lamp but overall very nice. Glad we stayed. “

„Property was very clean and tidy- drawers available for clothes, extra towels easy to find, space to put suitcases away. Overall a great house to stay in with the kids and close to our main person we visited. House being pet-proofed was great if you have a pet with you ( we didn't at this junction) , but the covers on the sofa weren't secured so the pet proofing covers made the pet blankets slide off. We had to remove the pet proofing in order to use the sofa in the main living room.“

The host does a great job of thinking about extra amenities like games for the kids and sound machines in the bedrooms. The host also does an amazing job outlining instructions and expectations. We love staying here! It feels like home away from home. Beautiful home in a great location in Ponca City. “

„This is our third time staying here over the last three years, i have no complaints. It is always very well stocked with pot, pans ect. Very clean. The AC was great, we always do bring fans with us but we always have fans running at home too. Always stay here when in arkcity.“
