„We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean and has a lot of room. The neighborhood is so quiet, yet it is only a short walk to convenience stores, a grocery store, many restaurants, and the train station. The host is great, they provided plenty of helpful information for first-time visitors to Japan. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a place in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy train ride into the heart of Tokyo.“

„It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.“

„We loved the old authentic experience of the house. It had a lot of space and is located in an excellent area. On the downside, the kitchen sink is the only place to wash your hands after using the toilet which is pretty gross. Because there is only one sink to wash vegetables, do the dishes, drink water, shave, and clean your hands… the area gets pretty crowded. The beds are also substandard, just old mattresses on the ground. It would make a lot more sense to have a few rooms using Japanese ...

„We loved the location and easy access to trains and nearby 7-11 and grocery. The house was wonderful for 4 adults, and big enough to accommodate more. The rooms are great with a little kitchen, there is a konbini right next to it - but what is most important, the staff is always helpful and friendly. "The personal is very sweet and kind. Be aware that some may not speak a lot of english. The hotel is very clean. My room was small but functional. Housekeeping brings every day fresh towels, coffee cups and other things you will need. Housekeeping only cleans every 3 days unless you insist on daily cleaning. I ordered with breakfast so you will get coupons on check in which you can use. Breakfast is european as well as japanese food. There is one universal power outlet which supports european plugs and an usb port for charging at the console where you can configure lighting and air conditioning. Also an hdmi plugin to use the tv as a monitor. The TV has some free movies you can watch and also supports chromecast (YouTube, Amazon Prime etc) There are two Metro station 5-10min walking distance, a lot of convinient stores, restauraunts, bars, shopping malls cinema and everything you need."
