„You cannot call a room with a door that won’t shut and a dangerously vertical ladder to access it a 3rd bedroom at a property. Incredibly misleading. We were traveling with children and this was very unsafe. Spiders on my 4yo bed. No key card for hot tub and no response from property over 3 day stay. Beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable.
