"Best time I had with a friend even though we kept getting lost in hotel lol. Room service was wonderful for myself but not so much for my friend. The middle of her pizza was soggy and all she really ate was the crust. Everything was very tidy and employees friendly"

"Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious & had a variety of hot food and healthy options. The entire property and area was so clean. My room was impeccable. I stayed here after a concert at the Van Andel Arena & would do so again."
