„This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. “

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious.
