„My 11 yr old granddaughter saw this listing and begged to stay “at the castle house”. The “castle” is a unique, one of a kind 3 story house, at the end of a trail through the woods. Please be aware that the dirt road and narrow trail to the house might not be suited for small cars. (We have a full sized truck.) „We were in town for a funeral and stayed at this tiny home as an experiment. It was a good experience with the host and the home. I highly recommend if you find yourself near Franklinton. There were farm fresh eggs in the kitchen and everything you could want for an evening stay. It can be hit or miss on short term house rentals, this was a home run.“

„We will be staying here from now on when we come to Percy Quinn. This condo is so comfy and cozy and much better than the PQ cabins. The condo was clean and tidy. She even let us check in early bc we had some errands to run before our little vacation could start. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was so sweet. We will 100% book here again.“

„Location of property is secluded, which is just what we like. We are interested in relaxing in the quiet of the country and travelling to our destinations as we like only to return to the quiet country setting. „The pool house was very nice and clean. Very quiet even with the owner right next door in the main house. Advertised a hot tub which it did not have, but the pool was very nice. We caught some small fish in the pond! Of course, we let them go. Walked everyday at nearby Percy Quinn state park.“
