„This house is a little off the beaten path for visiting the wineries around Fredericksburg, but the price has been adjusted for that and allowed us to spend more money on wine to take home with us.The overall rating of a four is because of low pressure in the shower. Hopefully this is something the owner can address before the next occupancy. Didn't get an opportunity to try the claw foot tub.“

„Such nice and cozy stay! “

„We stayed here while visiting a family member. It is so comfortable, and the location is rugged and beautiful - the most beautiful view of the stars I’ve ever had. It is remote, so plan ahead to get groceries. We had no trouble finding ways to enjoy ourselves (The World War II Museum in Fredericksburg is excellent), and there are state parks in the area I would love to investigate when the weather is different. Ashley was quick to answer any question, no matter how trivial. The beds and pillows ...

„We were in town for a funeral, unfortunately. We didn’t have the kids with us, but we’d love to stay here again with the kids as well. We only used the main house, but we did look at the casita and tiny homes; and they were all cute. Gorgeous property and great location! “

„Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The water was perfect. Since we are all Epic swimmers even the 4-year-old and a 3-year-old enjoyed jumping off the floating dock it was perfect. The brought our own patio lights for the patio we hung them and it was perfect for evening games outside on the patio. Like I said the place could use a little upkeep and maintenance But all in all it was a wonderful place to spend a long weekend “

„Stayed with friends for the Kerrville triathlon. Very comfortable stay, loved the front porch and all the stars! Kitchen is well-stocked and the place was clean!“

„Property was very clean which is a must for me ! “

„Rustic little cabin, refrigerator could use an update but worked well. We enjoyed kayaking on the river, the main reason we chose this property. However the kayaks could use some new ropes and seat. The canoes looked much newer and more reccently used. Loved the porch swing. Would have enjoyed the firepit if it hadnt been 90 degrees while we were there.“
