Stunning views of the ocean and nature surround you in this lovely getaway. Your soul has been yearning for the peace and beauty of island living that this ideal spot in paradise offers you. This 2 bedroom home has all the comforts you could possibly desire while being nestled in the small manufactured home community called "Bone Island". You are only a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and famous Duval Street, yet seconds to local restaurant favorites such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Enjoy a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This stilted home is a rare find with all the important amenities you'll need to relax under sultry tropical stars and enjoy all the creature comforts indoors. After a fun day in Key West, exhale and unwind at this perfect retreat. Settle down on your clean and cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite movies (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary suite features a plush king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for 2. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock is the perfect spot to watch gorgeous sunsets unfold at the end of the day and clean your fresh catch at the fish station. Wash the day off in the hot tub or jump in the ocean for a refreshing swim! No trailers (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles.
***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not permitted, but Hurricane Hole Marina offers trailer parking for $25/day or $120/wk and they are just over a mile away.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

Out of 5, I'll give the whole stay about a 4.7. That's just because I'm a hard critic. And i'm a virgo, so i'm very critical about everything lol. I arrive to my stay about 2 hours late. Thanks to nice thunderstorms and traffic in miami and in fort lauderdale. The manager was off, but there was someone to cover. She picked up when I called. She stayed with me on the phone until I checked all the way in all the keys for what I needed to be. The fridge was on point. The space was on point just a slightly little bit dusty, but it was still on point. Both rooms at some point, both bathrooms was on point. The dryer is really loud when it ends, Which I guess is a good thing because if you are forgetful or drinking, you don't want to leave your clothes there. I'm not sure if the last guest left. The laundry disurchin, or that was complementary with the space, but we definitely used it um duh. Definitely thought about replacing it, but didn't have enough time to do so. And I should have asked. Was that complimentary or not? But it was pretty much dope the towels and washcloths all white Everything was provided in that sense. Um, it was a good stay if you have about 4 - 6 people, it's perfect.I believe the couch pulls out into a couch bed so yeah. Would definitely recommend this space in the future. Maybe even the near future also next time. Want to get the information on most of the excursions that are happening down there? To see if the hosts can give better deals than the tour guid

I highly recommend this house
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal; we were close to Duval Street. We took an Uber and were in Duval in 10 minutes. The deck was our favorite part of the house. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place.

The location is perfect. You're not on top of the hustle and bustle of the main island but you still have access to plenty of restaurants close by. We were able to fish off the back dock and we were able to see all kinds of the wildlife and see the beautiful sunrises. The house is exactly as is described. The beds are extremely comfortable comfortable.

The place was great just as described. Very clean, easy check in and felt like home. Backyard had plenty of privacy and the hot tub was fantastic. The location wasn’t too far from downtown duval street and ideal for our family to navigate the keys and Key West. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Happy Place
This was a wonderful alternative to hotel. I will be staying here from now on. Had all the amenities I could ask for. There's nothing like going home with clean laundry. You have to see for yourself how peaceful sitting on the deck, with coffee in the morning or evening Drink. This was a great find. P.S. better than staying downtown, quitter.

Stock Island Family Getaway
First thing I noticed as soon as we arrived was how well the property was maintained. The house was very clean. The water is literally steps from the house! We thoroughly enjoyed being this close to the water. We sat out and watched the fish swim by and had the pleasure of seeing a manatee swim by as well. The next day we rented a boat not far from the house and was able to tie up right at the house. If you do this watch your low tide schedule. I would also recommend a very shallow running boat, we rented a panga which did fine. I highly recommend this property, very close to restaurants, convenient stores, CVS, and much more.

Nice little gem near all the action
Nice, clean property with new appliances. Convenient to Key West. Great deck for hanging out in the morning with coffee or with a cocktail in the evening. Hogfish Bar, a great sandwich shop and French bakery all close and convenient to the property.

A little Windy
The home was very clean and what was shared on the sight. We felt safe and enjoyed sitting on the patio and in the hot tub. It was very windy while we where there and some of the rings we had plan where canceled so we spent more time at the house than planned so having a nice patio and bottom was nice. We had four guest and the hot top was small so we took turns. We also ate at Hogfish and the Docks. Both where excellent and very close by so we did not have to drive into Key West to eat dinner.

Great Water Front Property
The property was clean, private and quiet (except for occasional airplane). The deck had abundant seating and it was so amazing to be right on the water. The bed was comfortable and the parking space was steps from the house. WiFi worked well. The property manager and concierge service was attentive, communicative and professional. Would definitely recommend and plan to come back.

We kept a 26' fishing boat at the dock right off the back deck, which was super convenient, with the mangroves protecting the boat from the wind and chop. There are some exposed bolts on the posts, so you gotta be careful to place the bumpers so they don't tear up the side of the boat, but it wasn't a big deal. The house itself was slightly smaller than expected, but was very clean and tidy, plenty of shower and beach towels. The hot tub jets quit working one day, but when we notified the property manager, they had a repair man out within the hour and fixed the problem. We had a great time, and are very happy with our experience here!

On the water, beautiful sunrise
Our main complaint comes from the beds. Very broken down. Felt like we were sleeping in a saddle on one bed and the other had a very large depression in the center. Sliding glass doors were extremely hard to operate/slide almost mashing my wife hand on many an occasion. Parking my truck was a chore to get in what I thought was the proper spot as it was not labeled and was very confining. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with essential kitchen ware. For the price a couple of bicycles on Key West would have been a blessing.
