Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay.

Boating:
We encourage boating. Here's what you need to know in order to do so safely:
- Private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. Maximum one boat per dock.
- There is no power or pump out service to the slips.
- The Florida Keys are a notoriously difficult place to navigate.

The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Haven Estates is a family style neighborhood.

Private boat docking is available behind most homes or at the onsite marina.

Boat Ramp:
There is a boat ramp directly across the street available for use.

Key Haven To-Dos:
There is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friends.
Rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina and embrace island time!
Catch a kayak tour out of Lazy Dog in Stock Island.

Travel by car, boat, or plane to Seagate House, the driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles and your boat trailer.
If you didn’t travel by water, you can also drop your boat at one of the public boat ramps in Key Haven or Stock Island.
Rent a golf cart, scooter or bikes for the day to enjoy the area. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!
