Willkommen in diesem schönen 4-Zimmer-Haus im Zentrum von Keystone. Mit majestätischem Blick auf die Berge und dem Komfort von Restaurants, Shuttles und einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft werden Sie nie mehr weg wollen.

Dieses Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geräumiges Loft und 4 3/4 Badezimmer. Eine neu gestaltete Küche mit Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für die größte Gruppe. Zu den neuen Updates für 2015 gehören brandneue Teppiche in allen Schlafzimmern sowie wunderschöne Schieferfliesen auf der Hauptebene und ein neuer privater Whirlpool auf der vorderen Terrasse! Die hintere Terrasse ist nach Süden in Richtung Keystone Resort ausgerichtet und bietet Blick auf Mountain House und River Run. Am Samstagabend müssen Sie nicht gegen die Menge ankämpfen, um das Feuerwerk zu sehen. Öffnen Sie einfach die Tür und treten Sie zur Seite!
Wenn Sie bereit sind, auf die Piste zu fahren, nehmen Sie einfach den 5-minütigen Shuttlebus, der nur wenige Schritte von diesem Haus entfernt ist.

Was ist zu beachten:
- Kein Zugang zu einem Pool.
- Der Whirlpool wird wöchentlich gewartet. Möglicherweise kommt während Ihres Aufenthalts eine Person zur Wartung des Whirlpools vorbei.
- Hier in Keystone hat keine unserer Einheiten eine Klimaanlage. In den Rocky Mountains kühlt sich die Temperatur jeden Abend gegen 20 Uhr ab, sodass keine Klimaanlage erforderlich ist.
- Das Parken kann begrenzt werden. Es gibt zwei Plätze in der Garage und einen Platz neben dem Haus. Bitte parken Sie keine Fahrzeuge in der Einfahrt, da dies die Garageneinfahrt des Nachbarn blockiert.

Needs a big update
This property is older, and worn out. Floors old, tables damaged. Carpets trashed. For the price, it should have been better. And zero kitchen amenities above the absolute minimum provided. No cookie oil, no salt and pepper...nothing. I won't stay here again.

Good stay with friends
Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

Good for large group, some hiccups
It's a great price and location for skiing in the area! We stayed here with a group of friends. For future guests, here are a few things to note: Communication with the property manager/host was prompt, but sometimes lacking or confusing. We were given the wrong key code at first, so we had to text to ask for the correct one. We also received some confusing texts about payments that made us confused about what we owed. Garage has room for 2 cars but the roof is very low. We were able to carefully fit our SUVs that had ski racks on it, as long as we took the skis off first. Hot tub has room for about 3 people, so if you're a large group you'll have to take turns. Coffee that's provided in the VRBO is only enough for 1 morning for our group (and half our group are not coffee drinkers), so you'll have to buy more if you want more. Knives were very dull, so bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Temperature in the main bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house, but there didn't seem to be a thermostat that could change that.

Clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Perfect for our group of 8. Nice large dining room table. Perfect for meals and playing games. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. More than enough bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very small, not great for a group. We had to take turns.

property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning
property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Great place, close to the slopes
Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

Great spot
We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Great visit!
Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

Disappointing Review: Garage ceiling was leaking and bulging. Entry way was dirty. Deck with grill on was full of snow and it was thawing causing the garage to have a leak. The shower floors were not clean. The rugs in the bathrooms look like they weren't even shaken. They needed to be washed, When we have to pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be clean when we come in. We all adjusted and cleaned as needed to stay there. Again will not recommend or use again! Bed linen appeared dirty we washed some of the linen to make it sleep able. Primary Issue: There were issues with more than one of these

Pictures make it appear better than it is.
While the heat worked well and there was enough room for us, the rest was very disappointing. Hot tub only large enough to fit one or two people. Decor old and worn a not kept up. We could not park in the garage with a ski rack and had to park next to an huge snow pile where the plows from the parking lot next door left the snow. So hard to get in and out of the car and couldn’t park in the garage. Plus the garage door needs to be fixed (the bottom is warped and contributing to the lack of access). Overall the place was just very old and neglected. The amount we paid was about three times what I would have paid for such accommodations. I would rate this a 2 star accommodation. We do not plan on booking this one again. I recommend to lower the price since it is over priced for what it is.

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way
My family and I (husband, 3 daughters and their husband's, and 6 grandkids ages 8 years to 7 months old) decided to spend the holiday in the mountains. The property was perfect for the 14 of us. Enough good sized bedrooms for all the adults with comfortable beds, plus the loft which the older kids loved sleeping in. The location was good ~ close to Keystone village with shops, restaurants and a playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen was a little small for 14 of us, but we managed. Recommend providing more than one dish towel and dish cloth. Definitely recommend this townhome.

The property was a great choice for our large group of 10 adults with its 4 separate bedroom/bathroom suites. Very nice kitchen area as well. We were a bit worried about road noise since the condo backs up to the road but it was not too bad.

Great Family Reunion Location
The location of this property was perfect for our mini family reunion of 3 families from CA, CO, and NE. It was just over a half a mile to the Keystone Village where we attended the Bacon and Bourbon Fest. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and host large family dinners every night. Hiking, golf, shopping., and restaurants were all conveniently located in Keystone and the surrounding towns. We had an amazing time!

Great fit!
What a beautiful home with a ton of space. We loved how it was separated and divided up in rooms on what floors to keep the gentleman separate from the ladies. So many windows and so much light it was nice to have natural light. The young adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was incredibly well stalked, although it wouldn't hurt to have some more hand towels and washcloths for in there. A couple warnings: 1. Although it's wonderful to have the garage and an additional third spot on the side, You should know that if you have a larger SUV it will not fit in the garage, and 2. Beware of your neighbors in #20. They are incredibly hateful and rude, they will park in your third spot and refuse to leave stating that it is their spot as well, leaving you to have to pay $20 to park in the hotel next door. We are very grateful that SkyRun reimbursed our $20 and they're supposed to check with the HOA about that third spot. Overall we had an amazing time and its close enough to trails, stores, the water, and restaurants. I would recommend this property and hopefully the neighbor's situation will be handled for the future.

Group Ski/Board Trip
We had an awesome trip with a group of couples from our hometown in Chicago. Half of us snowboarded, and the other half explored the town, snow tubed, and ice skates over the weekend. You’ll be pretty comfortable with around 12 people staying. Everything was great except the grill lid was broken, and I would recommend another doormat right below the stairs in the entry way. Thanks for the stay.

Great overall stay!
Our family had a great stay at this property. It was large enough for everyone in our party of 12. The location was great. It was well stocked with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. There are some improvements that need to be made though to make this a better property. The biggest is the bedding. New bedding needs to be brought in including mattresses. Also the carpets on the first floor needs replacing. Other than that, it is a great place for a large family.

We had a group of 11 ladies for a girls trip. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store. 10 minute walk to River Run. The living area/kitchen is a lot small than it appears in pictures. The kitchen can really only accommodate 1 person and only seating for 5 on the couches. Although we didn’t use it the hot tub could probably only fit 3 people. The kitchen could use an upgrade. Only 1 big skillet. The ice maker didn’t work. Eric from the management company was great. Sleeping arrangements were a little tight for our group but would be good for kids. Overall a nice property.

Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen and baths!
Location was close to an amazing pizza place and brewery as well as restaurants, liquor and groceries. The hot tub was a treat! Glad there were so many beds and a 2 car garage with an additional space outside.
