„Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. Bed is a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi is poor. Overall a nice stay with some welcoming staff, but had we stayed longer ...

„This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.“
