Amazing Home with beautiful views
We recently stayed here for a memorial for my Dad. The architecture and views from this home are incredible. Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable. Great great great kitchen and pantry. Master suite was truly 5 star. The sleeper sofa wasn’t comfortable- even for a sleep sofa so I’d say kids only on that. Each space had an area to relax and a bathroom. Tips- ask if fireplace is working as it would have made a difference for us on a cold weekend. Tv remotes and hvac took a call to property management to figure out. Wish they had a home manual for basic questions and area maps. But seriously- the house is gorgeous and Kiawah is hard to beat.

good ..Home needs some tlc ..HVAC loud “clangs” ..several faucets loose or stripped…several rugs especially at the front door ..worn and slippery ..a little dangerous..only 1/2 the outside grill works …dishwasher door off center ..needs to be attached tighter … lots of small things but that’s all i can remember

The outside comes in. If you want to see Kiawah Island as God and nature made it, the picture windows are all appointed to make it happen. Roomy, warm, rich, comfortable... fantastic property. Joyner with At The Ready, (property manager) is also fantastic. Delightful person. Available. "Above and beyond" with so many things - stocking the house (coffee, toothbrushes, soaps, etc.), greetings goodies, and even supplied us with a missing kayak paddle to make our experience complete. We give her and this property our highest recommendaiton! Well done...

Wonderful home and location
This is a beautifully designed home with every amenity. We had nine friends staying together and each had their own bedroom and privacy, as well as extremely comfortable shared space. The kitchen was fully stocked for a lot of cooking and served us well. The views from each of the floors was stunning and Joyner Beasley was a fabulous host. Would definitely return, and highly recommend! 5 stars all around.

The Best Birthday Getaway
We traveled to Kiawah for a golf getaway for my husbands 50th birthday. We met friends there and we had the absolute best time. First, the house is gorgeous. The view of the marsh is stunning with so many visually interesting things to see. Gorgeous wild life and landscape all around. Close access to all of the island amenities. We golfed at 4 courses on the island and could not have had a better time.

Perfect weekend getaway
Stayed for 3 nights. Picturesque location on the Kiawah river. The property is well maintained, spread out over 3 floors so everyone has plenty of privacy. Not just the master bedroom but the other bedrooms are large as well. Enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

4 Wonderful nights
We usually stay on the beach side when we visit Kiawah and we opted for this house on the river. We made the right choice! The house is very large with high ceilings, 3 floors and all kinds of bedroom, bath and living space options. The kitchen has is large and bright with tons of pots pans and utensils. We enjoyed the long dock, the large gas grill, and the porch overlooking the river. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to the hotel, village, golf courses and tennis courts. It's a repeat.

The house and property were excellent. However, although there is a boat launch nearby it is for resident use only. It is my opinion that when renting a home ALL use of that residence should be provided to the renter. This was not shown in the house advertisement although clearly a dock to the water is described. Permission to use the dock facility was denied by the homeownership. All other launch facilities are more than an hour's drive from the home.

Family vacation 2022
We loved the house & it was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of things for the kids (teenagers/young adults) to do & they enjoyed riding bikes and fishing off the boat dock. The screened-in porch was great for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The property manager was easy to communicate with & sent info about the island & surrounding areas prior to our arrival. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Wonderful Setting for Family Vacation
The house has panoramic views of colorful sunsets along the Kiawah River. We loved the bike trails and view of dolphins swimming by every day. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family french toast challenge. And we slept in comfort after enjoying the farmers market at Freshfield’s. We highly recommend this home for your next family vacation!

Big beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay. The home is big and spacious and the elevator was used highly by my parents. The only thing is that some of the furniture chairs were very dusty and there were small bugs flying around. The master bathroom has heated tiles and separate toilets for his/her which we absolutely loved. My son and his papa enjoyed fishing and trying to catch crab on the pier. Everything was very nice and peaceful.

Boating Review
Great house, great location, great vacation, but I think it should be made clear BEFORE the rental agreement that the Rhett's Bluff Boat Landing is not available to guests renting property on Kiawah Island and that the nearest public boat ramp is almost 40 minutes away by car. As my two son's brought their own fishing boats, this was a huge deal to them and would be a deal killer for me renting on Kiawah Island in the future.
