Neu mit unglaublichen Meerblick, Aufzüge, Pool und Barbeque umgebaut. Nun, in South Kihei der Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Treppe, um einige der besten Strände in Maui.
Dies ist ein geräumiges Reihenhaus-Format mit einem Schlafzimmer und Bad auf der Eingangsebene, und ein zweites Schlafzimmer und Bad auf der zweiten Ebene mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer im Dachboden. Es gibt Deckenventilatoren in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer als auch. Waschmöglichkeiten sind in der Wohnung. Klimaanlagen sind in den Schlafzimmern. Das Gerät verfügt über einen schönen Blick auf das Meer von der Veranda und einem ebenso schönen Blick auf die Berge. Beide Bäder verfügen über große Duschen.

Unsere Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen mit zwei Kingsize-Betten, eine Königin und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich unterzubringen. Hale Kamaole Resort ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand Gang zu vermieten.
Fast 75% unserer Gäste haben mit uns, bevor die für die komplexen und spricht gewesen. Viele unserer Gäste sind in Europa, Asien, Aussies alle von ihnen genießen Sie die ruhige familienfreundliche Atmosphäre. New Years Stay
Tony is a very pleasant man and not hard to get a hold of. The condo is not three bedrooms, it’s a loft with two bedrooms which was totally fine with us. It definitely could use some updating and a bug guy. Lots of mold smells in the upstairs bathroom but I know that comes with the environment. There were plenty of chairs and stuff for the beach available, the only thing we could have used was an ice chest. Overall we had a great time.

Needs help.
The property is not up to standard. The electrical is iffy. Light in the bathroom randomly turns off and the fan makes noise but does not work. Cabinet doors won't stay closed. 2 very small air conditioning units can't keep the unit cool. Needs a lot of updates.

Family getaway to Maui
Tony, the property owner, was a great dude to work with. He even called me a few days before my stay to verify my arrival time because of issues before where it sometimes takes them extra time to clean between guests. If they are putting that much effort into the cleanliness of the unit, it doesn't hurt my feelings. The unit was exactly what my family needed. We had 8 people in the group, everyone had a bed, the beach was across the street, there was a beautiful view of Haleakala from the entrance stairs and walks. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Our older kids and their significant others are in their 20's, and they enjoyed being able to walk the street a few blocks and check out shopping and food truck and restaurant options. My teenage son enjoyed drawing and relaxing on the lenai. My wife and I have been using VRBO for a lot of years for traveling because we like the fully-equipped options for being able to get food and eat- in and not having to eat out the entire vacation. Tony's unit has a erything we needed for what we wanted to do. He even had beach chairs and items the kids loved having at the beach. Overall, this was truly one of our favorite stays, and we would definitely reach out to Tony again for a future stay on Maui. Thank you Tony!

The Good and the Not So Good
Beautiful location- views and beach, sunset awesome.from balcony. Access to local towns of Kihei and Wailea in walking distance. Great restaurants close by including on upside The Four Seasons restaurants, Masaharu Morimoto in the Andaz Maui and others. Then there are local specialty restaurants including Mediterranean, Thai, Chinese, Inidan, Hawaiian, American and lots of Seafood in all types of price ranges. Didn't have a bad meal in two months stay. On the other side the condo complex is 50 years old and the grounds, pool, parking are all great with beautiful shrubs. The individulal unit is as described in VRBO, however, the unit is very tired and outside of good TV/ Streaming services.....is in need of a renovation. The unit is superficially clean. This worked well for us (2 adults) and the property manager indicated that the rent is reflective of the condition. I have not done any comparison shopping. As far as the property manager, he was very accomodating and when we had a leaky dishwasher, he immediately had it replaced with a new one. He made the facility easy to access and leave with a key box and was available when we had questions. So, it's an indvidual choice of what one desires. .

Avoid This Place
I have never stayed at a place that was this terrible. From the lack of communication to the less than poor cleanliness. Review this place to get yourself up to speed. I’m not sure why the host even bothers. Some discrepancies from earlier reviews have never been addressed. We left after the first night. I have requested that VRBO remove his listing as well as reimburse me for the entire stay.

Great location. Loved the condo. Check in was no contact from verbo or Tony. Arrived at the location 5 minutes before the office closed. If I had been 5 minutes later we would have been homeless that night. Also I was sent a message about a missing necklace, all attempts to call or message back have failed. I would like the necklace back. It is my niece's and it was a gift from her grandfather. 734-646-9127 please call me.

Unit a little bit on the older than expected. Needed lots of care. Not enough AC unit to cool the place down. Had to open front and back door at night to cool the place down. Lucky had a breeze most of the time to get comfortable. Size of the unit was big enough, amenities were good and best of all, location was excellent!

Great location! Dated, run-down, dirty condo.
Tony, the owner/mgr was very friendly & nice. Toilet was gushing water when we arrived, Tony said he had tried to find a plumber but couldn't, so all 7 of us would have to use the upstairs master toilet... Since that wouldn't work, (and we had no where else to go) my husband and son-in-law volunteered to replace the toilet for him. Tony offered us 2 days free stay on our next visit, or said he would mail us a check for $110 refund for our current stay. Parts of the condo were clean, but valances, fans, screen doors were FILTHY, we had to keep screens open to facilitate air flow. 2 SMALL window A/C don't keep unit cool, but did help when trades weren't blowing. Cabinet doors were broken in bathroom and kitchen, electrical outlets in master with no outlet cover plates, no handle on frig door, no cover on filthy stove fan, interior needs painted, baseboards scratched, wallpaper peeling, tile bathroom grout moldy...but great location, nice ocean/sunset view, property is GREAT and nice property manager.

Excellent location but wouldn’t recommend
You can’t beat the location and the price was right but before we even walked in we were disappointed. It took several calls to the owner before I could get the key code to get inside- not ideal after a 6 hr flight with two small kids. Within 5 mins our toddler had found pills on the floor(ended up being vitamins but still), the place was humid and hotter than outside. One small a/c window unit in each bedroom but nothing in the central living space or the loft bedroom. Upstairs bathroom has no door so that was fun. There was no soap in the bathrooms. The place was clean unless you looked behind things. Peeling paint, hairballs on bedding. The place is CRUSTY and I don’t think any money has been put in to it or any updates since the 70s. Would never recommend- spend $30 extra a night and get a clean updated space that is more pleasant to stay in. We couldn’t believe the low standard for VRBO on this one. Will only be using another rental company next time

Most people leaving reviews are expecting Grand Wailea, and that’s not the case here. It was more than adequate, and took care of my needs. Tony was always available for questions, or any issues. I appreciate him & his place! I would definitely rent it again.

Good Location, Needs updates
Property is located reasonably close to businesses in Kihei. The owner was reachable and responsive. Faucets, cupboards, amenities need repaired or replaced. Dishes had dried food on the in the drawers and cupboards. Hide-a-bed did not have linens to make it up as a bed. The dryer knob for temperature control was broken off so no way to change. The complex this unit is located in is well maintained. This unit at least needs a lot of refurbishment and repair

Great location in Kihei
Condominium is located right across the street from a beautiful beach. Storage area off the deck has boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and kids beach toys. Very functional inside with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open loft so you can sleep six I left the pool code, Internet, login info, as well as other pertinent information on a note on the refrigerator. Also left coffee, filters, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, and detergent for the next guests. It’s never fun to have to go buy all those items when all you need is a few tide pods a little bit of coffee and some dish soap. Can’t beat the location which is also a very short walk from the Kihei boat launch in case you’re going, snorkeling, whale, watching, or diving.

It was a place to stay but worst I have been in.

I would not rent from this person again
The owner of this rental is a poor communicator. We were told by him to contact him a week prior to going on vacation. We tried to contact him multiple times on multiple days. He finally contacted us the night before. When we arrived we found the property to be in need of maintenance. There are 2 ceiling fans that didn’t work, multiple lights in the unit didn’t work, bathroom lights upstairs and downstairs worked intermittently. Some fans were provided but one was full of water!! The pullout couch was awful. The carpet looked very worn and dirty. Many of the pans were so very scraped up and rusted so they couldn’t be used. The only redeeming quality of this unit is the location.

Great location…and that is it. Owner is not a good communicator, which is very troublesome. Sent him a message that the main bedroom ceiling fan doesn’t work and he directed me to “other fans in the closet.” The place is old and in need of major updating and repairs - things like cabinet door hinges are busted. Minor, but annoying when paying this much. Property where condo exists is great. However, I would give up a little in location to be in a more comfortable bed, have a door on the main bathroom (yeah, no door), and not have to worry about when I run the A/C.

Amazing resort
We loved the location of the resort. We had the prettiest views from our third floor patio. We could see the ocean one way, the mountains the other way and could see the kids at the pool at the same time. The resort was perfect. There were two pools, gas and charcoal grills, and the grounds were immaculate. The condo was extremely spacious. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and extra beds in the loft and sofa in the living room gave us plenty of sleeping options. The value for what we paid was great. The unit wasn’t perfect and some things were outdated but we were able to overlook some things based on our rate, the resort, and location.

I rented this condo in Maui as a gift for my family. I was somewhat embarrassed by the stained carpet on the stairs and upstairs rooms. There were only 2 drinking cups in the kitchen. There were only 4 bath towels. There were only 2 ice trays in the freezer. We bought 8 cups, 2 towels, 2 ice trays, hangers and wash cloths. The upstairs master bedroom mattress was awful!! There is no Wi-Fi either unless you go to an unsecured site. No password available! On a positive note… the refrigerator, air conditioner, fans, stove, blinds, washer and dryer worked well and were appreciated. The grounds were beautiful and the beach a few steps away was fabulous!! I think it was the best of all for snorkeling 😊
