Aloha! Are you looking for a luxurious, vacation property in the beautiful Wailea, Maui? Look no further! We have an exquisite, well-appointed estate available overlooking Wailea and the islands of Kahoʻolawe and Lāna'i as well as Molokini Crater offering unparalleled luxury and breathtaking views.
This fully furnished 2-story four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom estate with A/C boasts a spacious layout, two master bedrooms ensuring ample room for you and your loved ones along with a refreshing salt water private pool. Your private lanai and BBQ overlooks the sparkling blue ocean, and you get to enjoy magical sunsets every night. This side of the island was not impacted by the recent fires, and the pristine beaches and coves of Wailea and Kihei are just minutes away including Makena, Big Beach and La Perouse Bay. Upscale “Shops at Wailea” mall will provide you with plenty of restaurants, bars, galleries and shopping.

This newly built home includes a master bedroom on the upper level with ensuite bathroom with custom stone, multi head shower and separate oversized jacuzzi tub as well as a king size bed and large flat screen TV with custom a sound system. The sliding glass door with an ocean view gives direct access to the upstairs lanai. The second master bedroom on the lower level is a studio suite with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. It includes two queen beds; a living area including flat screen TV with sofa and coffee table and has a with a private split A/C. Perfect for a family with small children. The large lanai with BBQ, yard, and saltwater pool are accessed through two large sliding glass doors. The home comes with an upscale kitchen with large functional center island and bar. There is a separate laundry room complete with washer/dryer and full-size sink and a convenient out-door shower. The house accommodates up to 10 guests. Maximum guest up to 12 with a fully furnished pool house with kitchenette, half bath, new private outdoor shower and new high-end queen-size sleeper sofa and dining area to host with no extra cost for reservations up to 12 guests.

The property features a stunning saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Hawaiian sun. Rest assured; this premium estate comes with all the modern amenities you could desire. What an exceptional way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! My husband & I took our family with us to Maui to stay in this outstanding home. Thank you for sharing your home with us! The property manager Diane was awesome! She was such a beautiful person and our family experienced a lifetime of memories in which she was a vital part! Thank you for all of the great memories, the wine was a lovely touch, the grandchildren and adults alike enjoyed the coconut water, the mango’s and the bananas! Your response to our needs were immediate and very much appreciated. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you again!

What a fabulous property to spend a week! The house has all you need and more. Can accommodate 9 very comfortably and without people running into each other. Plenty of solitude space even for a large group. Location close to Wailea and some great beaches and great local restaurants. You won’t regret the stay and Diane (property mgr) goes above and beyond for you! Enjoy!

Great location, very nice home
My wife and I, 3 of my siblings and their spouses, stayed 10 days in April. Age range is 59-73. We love traveling together, especially evenings where one couple cooks a meal for all, and afterwards we play cards, Mexican Train, and enjoy wide ranging conversations. This house was nearly perfect for that. Positives: our host, Diane, was wonderful and very responsive when a couple of minor issues came up. She had great tips on when/where to go on the island. The house itself was very roomy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked making meal prep a breeze. We really enjoyed the second story balcony and nice view of the ocean as well as the pool. It’s a short 6-7 minute drive to a great beach next to the Grand Wailea along with the Shops at Wailea. Negatives: they were few but they were there. First, the house is advertised as a 4 BR that sleeps 12, but the two tables (dining room and balcony) each seat 6. Since there were 8 of us, we had to add a couple more chairs and crowd around either table at mealtime. Additionally, the dining room chairs were old and extremely uncomfortable for old butts like ours who like to sit and visit, play cards, etc, after dinner. The bedrooms were all good size, but two did not have any useable closet space. Beach equipment was provided, but only 4 chairs and one umbrella for 8 guests (or 12 as advertised). Lastly, we would have used the pool more if the main living area was not on the second floor. Bottom line: had a wonderful time here!

Great stay!
The house was so much more than the description and it was extremely well equipped. We were met and given a tour by Diane who was fantastic. My daughter was getting married and the house was perfect for getting a bride ready upstairs while the guys were downstairs. Beach gear was provided and although the pool was chilly, we enjoyed that as well. Our stay was wonderful!
