GENIESSEN SIE DEN SCHÖNEN MAUI SONNENUNTERGANG! Sharons geräumige Wailea Ekolu-Wohnanlage ist eine Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und Meerblick. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist von Gras und üppigem Insellaub umgeben. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für vier Personen bequem. Das Gerät ist geschmackvoll mit Stoffen und Dekor der Insel dekoriert, einschließlich Kabelfernsehen mit großem Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer und Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer, großer Waschmaschine und Trockner und vielen persönlichen Details für Ihren Komfort und Ihr Vergnügen. WiFi ist inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen kleinen Geräten für Ihren Aufenthalt und viele Vorratsgegenstände. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Strandtücher und Liegen, Kühler und Sonnenschirm sind inklusive. Das Ekolu 807 verfügt auch über einen eigenen Propangrill mit Doppelbrenner für Abendessen bei Kerzenlicht auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung wird durch tropische Brise gekühlt (keine Klimaanlage).

Das Ekolu Village in Wailea befindet sich auf einem 1,6 Hektar großen, wunderschön gepflegten Grundstück auf der "trockenen Seite" von Maui, in der Nähe von wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden, die sich hervorragend zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln und für Wassersport eignen. Die Gäste können prächtige Sonnenuntergänge genießen und Wale beobachten, die von Dezember bis März wandern. Ekolu hat zwei Schwimmbäder zur Verfügung. Die nächstgelegene zur Wohnung ist eine bequeme zweiundsechzigste Wanderung.

ATTENTION GOLFERS - Wailea zählt zu den besten Golfdestinationen der Welt und ist bekannt für sein ideales Golfwetter. Das Wailea Golf Resort wird sowohl vom Golf Magazine als auch vom Golf Digest zu den besten Golfplätzen des Landes gezählt. When Berliners (from German Capitol City) praise, they say: "There's nothing to complain about!" :-)
The accommodation of Collen is very nicely located in a quiet, well-kept complex. Parking is available directly in front of the door. The large apartment is located at ground level and can be reached without stairs. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room with large open kitchen and a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. The posted video gives an excellent impression of the accommodation. We were not disappointed! In addition, snorkeling equipment and other beach utensils were available for use. Barbecuing on your own terrace is unfortunately not allowed although you could assume it based on the picture with the barbecue on the terrace. But there are several well-kept barbecue areas on the complex, as well as pools. A pool is very close to the property but was in repair during our stay. But in the sea it is much nicer anyway ;-) We were 4 people and felt at home in Collen's apartment. No wonder, then, that it was really difficult for us to say goodbye in the end. Since everything went so perfectly and smoothly, there was hardly any need to get in touch with Collen and if it did happen, the communication via FeWo-direkt was fast and uncomplicated. The 4 of us would also like to thank you once again for an unforgettable time. Thx!!! :-)

Great walk out condo
Great condo for our 26 day stay in Wailea! Very convenient location with awesome patio! Our only struggle was opening the lock box upon arrival, otherwise we had a stress free stay! It is wheelchair accessible (we brought our mom who is in a wheelchair), but just a caution that the cement pathway is quite sloped (coming from the parking lot), so you need to be quite strong to push the wheelchair up! Very much appreciated the communication from the property manager and her arranging for a shower chair for my mom! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a ground floor unit in Wailea!

Amazing get away
The unit is well equipped for 4 adults and has wonderful views of the ocean. It was a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed the patio where we were able to watch the whales. Colleen was a great host and very responsive to all of our inquiries. I would definitley recommend this unit to family and friends. Overall, it was an amazing get away!

Perfect for us!
Colleen is wonderful to work with and very prompt in replying. The kitchen was very well stocked both with dishes/pans and things like spices and ziplocs. Which was great because we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner while we were here. We love staying in Wailea. It's a perfect location.

It’s nice to be able to spread out in the condo and for the kids to have their own bathroom! The location is perfect - within walking distance to coffee in Wailea Village and The Shops at Wailea. Great view of the ocean from the lanai and a short walk to the pool. Air conditioning was a plus after long days golfing or at the beach. The condo is a little dated but I would take this property over a hotel room any day. Check-in was easy and Colleen was responsive and a great communicator. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Wailea Ekolu 807. Clean, well equipped, and in a stellar location. I was there with friends and teens - there was plenty of space both in and outside and all the amenities to take to the beach. This is within walking distance of the Wailea Mall, restaurants and beaches! We had a fantastic stay!

Paradise in Hawaii
The location had a great view of the ocean, and being on the ground floor meant that the deck seemed larger and less confined as it expanded into the grassy area. It was a quiet area, and easy to get to the shops or the village. You could walk to the beach but we usually drove as we had umbrellas, chairs, etc. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The landlord's agent was prompt to respond to anything. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit dated but really, who cares. It was a great stay.

A little slice of paradise
This condo was the perfect space for my teens and I for our much needed getaway to Paradise - conveniently located near beaches, but away from the crowds. Nice and quiet setting with gorgeous views. My teens loved that the swimming pool was just steps away from the condo. Communication with the owner was great, very responsive. It was extremely nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to make meals, and a full size washer & dryers for our week long stay. Morning coffee & breakfast as well as evening sunset cocktails on the lanai was stunning and relaxing - just what was needed. We will be back.

Amazing Girlfriends Getaway!!
This was my 7th time vacationing in Maui, always staying in the Wailea area but, my 1st time in Connie’s beautiful condo. The location is ideal and upon entering the condo the view is breathtaking!!! Immaculately clean and extremely well stocked. From the 4 beach chairs, extra umbrellas and boogie boards this condo has everything a family could want. The luxury of being able to walk to the beach and coffee each morning was wonderful. Bonus info- there is a Farmer’s Market on Tuesday’s in the plaza directly below the condos. It has everything from amazing cookies to fresh pressed juices from local businesses. And even a bit of jewelry and gifts to explore. Connie was extremely prompt in our inquires and even treated us to beautiful fresh flowers to welcome us. We are already planning our trip to Maui next year and will definitely be staying here again! Perfect place in paradise!
What can I say about our stay other than it was the best one so far. My wife and I have come to Maui four times now and this time we brought our kids (16 and 13). We normally stay at the Wailea Beach Marriott but needed a little more room to spread out with our kids. The place was great, so much room, beautiful views of Wailea Beach and Lana’i from the lanai. Every morning we walked for coffee and enjoyed beautiful plumeria trees. It was an easy walk to the beach and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Colleen for allowing us to enjoy Maui with our kids in this way, your place was home for us for the last 10 days and we truly felt at home. BTW those who complain about this condo not having air conditioning, the afternoon trade winds cool the place down in seconds so open the louvers and turn on the fans and the place is cool in minutes. Sleeping at night with the louvers open made for a wonderfully comfortable evening.
