Guest Access
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to the booking email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions on your booking.

Please note:
This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management. This property is short stay accommodation with the Bass Coast Shire and operates under Local Law Neighbourhood Amenity 2022.

Full linen is not provided and can be hired by the room- Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include:
No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online check in process to release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
