Ocean Views from the Upper Deck! 1 minute walk to beach access!

Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access (Chowan Street Beach Access). This house is a 2-story house with a dry entry. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed (Master with Full Bathroom), 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 bunk beds), and a full bath. The 2nd floor includes a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 5), a dining room table with seating for 6, and a living room with an oversized sofa. Smart TV's in all 3 BRs and living room. Both levels have front and back porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor furniture is available. Enclosed outdoor shower is available under the house.

Amazing restaurants nearby including Chili Peppers (walking distance) and Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 3 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Pillows and covers are provided. Ring Spotlight Camera is installed at the front of the property for security purposes.

So close to the beach and everything else!
The house was great and has ocean views from the top deck. You can also see the water from the side decks and the living room. You can watch the sunrise from one deck and sunset from the other side of the house. Street is quiet and you can hear the shore at night. The house is within walking distance of the pier and 2-3 other restaurants. Grocery stores are a few minutes drive. Wright Brothers Museum is a few minutes away and worth the trip. Roanoke Island is 10 mins, to see Manteo and Lost Colony museum. Overall we loved our time there and hope to go back!

Excellent/Great Location
The house was very clean and amazing! It was just as expected and perfect for our long weekend. Check in was easy and owner was super responsive! Everything was great! Location was anmazing and very quiet. It was literally minutes walk to the beach. The upper deck was perfect for the family to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze and for the kids to run around!! Nice surprise was the hanging hammock swings in the car port.

Awesome house walking distance from the beach
We had an amazing week in Kill Devil Hills, and it started at this awesome house! Easy communication with the property manager and the pictures look just like the house! Area is quiet too, beach is less than a block away. The dune you climb to get to the beach leads to a lesser populated beach area which was great too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property was amazing from top to bottom. We were a 2 family group 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-16. Overall the property was good but there was a few issues with the building that need to be addressed such as possible electrical issues with stove. There were some things not available when we arrived, but management of property was able to get them to us. Be careful also with young children. There were some adult themed items we found in the board games and on the t.v. Also, the access to the beach is a challenge if you have an infant to our have to carry

Everything you could want
I was truly impressed by all the planning of needs that went into this property. The owner literally has everything you could want or need for an extended stay to include infants needs (high chair, baby pin etc..). The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans and utensils. We overpacked expecting there not to be much and we really did not use anything we brought because it was not needed. The house was clean and everything was as expected from the pictures. Our children were so excited about the house and did not want to leave. Perfect location and just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. We really could not have asked for anything more and highly recommend anyone staying here.

Communication was FANTASTIC! We needed one thing and it was quickly instacarted to us. The house was clean and the view is amazing. The only thing is the king bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but that was it. It’s a beautiful house and we would recommend staying here to anyone needing a large house!

Beautiful Beach
The pictures don’t do it justice. This is a wonderful home with beautiful views. The decor is perfect and the owner is easy to contact. The walk to the beach is less than one minute, just over a sand dune. The beach itself is gorgeous. Soft sand and seashells for miles. We had less than awesome weather, so we took advantage of the many many shops and restaurants. Everything is so close and convenient. We loved the area. We will be looking to book this home again when we get the chance to head back to OBX.

Great location!
We had a fantastic time at the Outer Banks at the end of November and this beautiful home was the perfect location. Since we weren't swimming, we traveled each day to new places on the island and walked the beaches, and were thrilled to return to this house to relax. It was exactly as pictured and so comfortable and quiet! We would love to return in the summer and would definitely love to stay here again. The BEST!!!
Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Kelli is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The beds were comfortable and the multi-level terrace was excellent. Location is incredible, exactly like the picture. Kelli went way beyond to make our week comfortable if any concerns become apparent. Thank you Kelli for a wonderful weekend and a memorable time!
