Welcome to Southern Lookout at Station One by KEES Vacations!

The perfect beach getaway condo awaits! The location of this Kill Devil Hills condo cannot get any better. Not only are you steps away from the beach, but you will also be centrally located close to local restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the other towns of the Outer Banks.

Enjoy a partial ocean view from your third-floor condo in this condominium complex. Beach access is just a quick two blocks away. Much care is evident in this cheerful 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. It exudes a warm and relaxing environment for your Outer Banks vacation.

As you enter, enjoy the inviting living room with a sofa and loveseat. Coordinating tables, lamps, and beachy decor will give this space a lovely welcoming feel. Gather the family around the flat-screen TV with a DVD player and have a fun night in with a great movie and a big bowl of popcorn Or maybe just take this opportunity to simply enjoy some family time as you create wonderful new memories together.

The bright dining area has a light wood table, cute coastal decor, and comfortable seating for 4. Two more family members can use the bar seats to join in on the family meal.

The kitchen space has been maximized to fully utilize every inch. Full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, are yours to enjoy, as well as all the tools and utensils you need to create anything from a simple snack to a meal. And of course, the most important appliance of all - the microwave for popping popcorn!

Guests will find two Queen En Suites where they each have their own private bathroom.

Has potential but too dirty and too many corners cut
Station One 3D. Cons: As soon as we entered the condo, we noticed that the floor was filthy and gritty under our feet with sand. In no time our feet were black with grime. One bed had stains all over the sheets as though someone had walked on it, and a long hair. The other bed had nasty brown stains on the duvet. Absolutely disgusting and not what you want to see upon checking into your condo. We immediately called the owner, who apologized and said he would contact maintenance. This was at 4pm, but we didn’t get new bed linens until after 9pm, which was really inconvenient with our kids early bedtimes. There was supposed to be hand soap for the bathrooms and there was none. When maintenance brought the linens, we asked for soap but all they had was a big bottle of what appeared to be shampoo. Maintenance said it was “supposed to be in a dispenser on the wall.” We ended up having to buy our own hand soap for the two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a barn-style sliding door separating the two. The problem is, the sliding door was installed incorrectly and will not stay closed, so you have NO PRIVACY when taking a shower and using the bathroom. The toilet seats in both bathrooms were loose. The toilet paper holder was loose. Loud music from Jack Browns late into the night. Pros: One block from beach access. Comfortable beds. Spacious and lots of light. There were two wasp nests on the balcony.
