Our beautiful 4 season log cabin is located on Bonnechere River, just 600m from Round Lake in the Ottawa Valley. Enjoy peaceful paddles down the river or launch your boat right from the property and spend your days on Round Lake.
Round Lake offers great swimming, fishing, hiking, kayaking and so much more. Enjoy a beach day at Foy Park where there is free access to the best beach on Round Lake. Take a hike at Bonnechere Provincial Park to see the spectacular views. Or just relax by the river and go with the flow!
We allow pets BUT they must be added to the booking (PET FEE OF $150 PER STAY REQUIRED). MAXIMUM 1 dog unless pre approved by us at the time of booking. Addition fee for extra pet may apply depending on breed. If pet is not disclosed at booking, additional fees will be added at check out.
Please bring a long leash to keep them tied up and safe when unaccompanied outside.
You are responsible to pick up after your pet during your stay.
The cabin is fully equipped for your stay. It has an open concept kitchen/dinning/living room with cathedral ceilings and large windows over looking the river. Master bedroom is located upstairs with a sitting area and work space over looking below and views of the river. Kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the main floor for easy accessibility for anyone with mobility issues. **No additional cleaning fees!**
Large deck for barbecuing and dining. Only 2 steps up & down for easy accessibility in and out of the cottage.
Large, flat, private lot with over 500 feet of waterfront and ample parking available for all the toys! (Boat, Motorcycles, ATV’s, Snowmobiles etc)
New this Spring (2023)- 6 person hot tub! We will do our very best to ensure the hot tub is available for use during your stay. We cannot guarantee that issues won’t arise from time to time but we will do our best to have it serviced as quickly as possible when needed. We ask our guest to please make sure the hot tub rules are being followed so the next guests will be able to enjoy it and to avoid any additional charges for extra cleaning required after your stay. Hot tub rules will posted at the cottage.

Cabin is decorated for Christmas from November to January.

Two outdoor security cameras in place. One at the side of the cottage facing the driveway and one on the back of the cottage facing the waterfront.
Please use caution on the river and be aware of water conditions and the current. Use of Canoe, kayaks, SUP boards or floating mat is AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is your responsibility to use appropriate safety equipment supplied or bring your own. Users must be 16 years or older or accompanied by an adult.
Garbage removal is your responsibility at the end of your stay. This is common procedure in cottage country as garbage pick up is not available. We supply the necessary bags and a list of locations and hours for the local waste sites.
