Please note: The condo is doing work on the roof scheduled to end mid-nov 2024. The entrance is now by the top portion of the building, by the outdoor pool. You will need to be able to use stairs to enter. The patio is not available while the roof work is ongoing. Please note that discounted lift tickets are while supplies last.
No smoking in unit, smoking is allowed 25 feet away from building, in the parking lot.
