You must be at least 25 years old to book. A signed Rental Agreement and Golf Cart Waiver are required and guests must provide a credit card on file for a $300.00 Security Deposit for all bookings. Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur additional fee. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 14 for this property.
