„Property was as described and great for my ~ 35 day stay. Very clean and communication from the hostess was terrific. Always let me know when someone would be by to mow the lawn or take out the garbage. Would definitely stay there again if my work takes me there in the future. “

„Nicely laid out house. Best for couple or small family as beds upstairs were 2 twins and a cot and steps were very steep (not unusual in an older home). Downstairs was very thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Very walkable neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown.“

„This is a super clean and recently remodeled property. The property owner was very easy to communicate with. The house is stocked with a variety of items (plenty of paper products, coffee pods...) to make your stay easier. The house is located right alongside the scenic South Holston river. The road access is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.“

„The stay here was excellent. The house was very clean and relaxing. Enjoyed the view of the creek with the geese off the back deck and the massage chair was the greatest. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back. “

„Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for ...
