Diese Eigenschaft ist ca. 1 Meile vom Lake Texoma, Alberta Creek, Washita Point Bereich. Diese Eigenschaft sichert über 1400 Hektar bewaldeten Corps. von Engineer Land, so dass es sich wie eine Hütte im Wald anfühlt. Ein absoluter ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen. In der Nähe des Sees und der Bootsrampe.

Wir haben ein Mobilheim mit 3 Schlafzimmern, mit einem zusätzlichen freistehenden Cottage mit 1 Schlafzimmer. Diese Eigenschaft kann 10 bequem schlafen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten, Raucher, Grill und Feuerstelle inklusive. Hufeisen, Bohnensack werfen, [wie heißt du es]? Wenn Sie sich entspannen möchten oder mit Ihrer Familie wegkommen wollen, werden Sie sich hier erfrischt fühlen und Sie werden nicht gehen wollen, wenn es Zeit ist nach Hause zu gehen. Es ist unsere Richtlinie Haustiere nicht zuzulassen, aber wenn Sie Haustiere haben, [Hund], können wir das besprechen, wenn wir über Ihre Buchung sprechen.

Great getaway to relax and great fishing.
The property was beautiful, quiet, clean and a great getaway. The property owners are great and responds back with any questions you may have. If you're looking for a spot to swim and fishing the washita point is about 3-5 minutes away making it great place to cool off on those hot days, with a clean sandy beach. If your looking to do some striper fishing, the Alberta Creek Marina is only 8-10 minutes away and where you meet up with your fishing guide. Definitely will be back and would visit the this lovely home again. Thank you David for opening up your lovely home to us.

Nice Quite Getaway
We had our kids and grandkids over the weekend and had a wonderful time. There was easy access to the lake, only a couple of miles away with a boat ramp and swimming beach and area for fishing. We enjoyed the privacy of the back deck and enjoyed having a bonfire in the fire pit and making s’mores.

Had fun lots of fun.
Could have been a lot cleaner. Fridge was not clean, and dust in a few places. Not as clean as other places I have rented. No place to put trash. I had to carry it out with me on my brand new car. Power kept going off in bunk house bedroom. Pull out couch could not be slept in, it was broke down. So my family stayed one night out there and came into the front house with me. I believe it might be a fire hazard. We did enjoy the fishing and the Christmas tree that I asked about, it was kind of the property owners to do that for my grandchildren. The property was very spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, spices, sugar, cooking oil, creamer etc. We had a great time on the patio and hammock. We had fun but I won’t stay there again.

Relax get-a-way
We had a great time. The rental was great. We spent a lot of time on the patio outside. It was good family time The fishing was great we caught our limit. We have a nice fish fry. I do know we will be going back.

Great place to stay
Very clean and organized inside the house. Had everything you need for a weekend stay. The only downfall was there was ALOT of spiders on the back deck and the bugzapper was broken. But that was minor compared to how overall awesome it was to stay there. Nice and secluded and quit. It wasn't bunchedc in between other houses. 7 minute drive to the Marina; if anybody wants to know.

Reasonable rate for amount of space
Plenty of room, didn’t like the 150.00 cleaning fee as I feel we left it cleaner than when we came in but I guess that is probably not always the case. Would be nice in summer as nice view from back deck but was too cold for us to sit out and enjoy

Be careful if you have small children
This property is secluded and it is very clear that this is an owner trying to make a few bucks on their lake house. That is great except if you bring kids with you. The house is somewhat clean, but the refrigerator was VERY dirty and not cleaned for a long time. The primary concern is that there are 3 light switches with no covers on them. In the master bath there are no switch covers so we had to make sure the kids did not use the switch and accidental touch the side of the switch where the electrical wires are. This is not up for debate, there were 3 switches in the mobile home like this - huge safety concern. Also, I know this is a lake area so you will have to carefully watch for recluse spiders, we killed a VERY large one, made sure we took pictures since we have not every seen one so big before. It is a decent place, Adjust your expectations and you will be fine. No WIFI and No cell service, you have to go to the lake to use your phone. Not a major problem except when you bring several people you have to make clear plans ahead of time.

Very secluded property with an awesome back porch! We hung out an gathered on the porch great seating an hang out area. Both electric an wood smokers for your cooked meat needs! Communication with David the property owner was easy an he went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed! The kitchen had all the equipment needed to bake an cook all our meals! If your looking for a spot to hang for 6-10 people this is it!

Quiet and peaceful stay in Kingston.
We enjoyed our stay in Kingston. The home was clean and had everything we needed provided. It was like staying in our own home down at the lake. There is a great view of trees and wildlife from the back porch and very peaceful and serene. Dave was quick to answer our calls and readily available .
