„We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience “

„Nice place to stay in London. Near to two underground lines plus a lot of good restaurants around the corner. Canary Wharf is one of the nicest and probably safest places in greater London. The hotel itself is pretty new and very clean. The staff is really nice and friendly, and always there for you. The rooms a rather small but have a own kitchen which is something special.
