„We loved this beach house. The owners were fantastic to work with we had great communication. This was the first vacation that we brought our dog, and the house was perfect for it. So many nice little touches that made our stay with our pup easier. Plenty of dog dishes and water bowls. We loved the easy access to the beach, the convenience to the shops nearby, and especially loved the jacuzzi! The house was nice and clean and comfortable. „This was the first VRBO house i have ever rented that I didnt need to go buy anything for. Very well stocked with everything you may need. The pool was absolutely amaxing and the brach was so close! The hot tub was so nice for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun.Will book this place again for sure!“

„There were several areas of uncleanliness. The bunk beds had dead bugs in them and the shower curtain had mold on the clear liner. The hot tub had black mold in it. None of the tv remotes had any batteries. Otherwise it was a beautiful home with amazing views!“

„We encountered a few issues during our stay. There was some large dog waste left in the backyard from previous guests, and while the pool and hot tub had just been cleaned (Friday), the lawn service came the next morning and ended up blowing grass clippings into the pool. We also had an issue with ants coming out of one of the kitchen outlets. „Came out there for my birthday. We did lots of fishing. Pros: nice and quiet neighborhood, elevator, big house, washer and dryer on 3rd floor, big parking lot, 5-10 min walk to the beach, pool, big kitchen, house is close to many things, 20-30 mins to bronner bridge. Con: elevator light did not work for us, 1st floor smell moldy, many of the door locks on 3rd floor did not lock, sink plugs in the restroom did not work, cleaning crew didn’t do a good job cleaning ( had lots of hair in the ...

„Comfortable and relaxing, great location, private. Hot tub is wonderful and beds were just right! No fenced in area of the yard for the pups, but great street and beach access to walk them. Would stay again! “

„We came to the Outer Banks“

„Upon arrival the living areas were clean and in order. After a few hours we noticed the two toilets on main living areas were constantly running. Fans in the bedrooms were extremely loud and creaked. Grill was unusable, outdoor shower area you could grow potatoes in. Pool was decent as was hot tub. Bathroom fixtures from the 80's. Second level door to outside was very hard to lock. Seems like Vacasa doesn't care as several of these issues were mentioned in a April review.“

„The house was perfect and lovely!! The first floor is perfect for kids, and the home is beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the coffee set up, and all of the extras that we did not have to run out for like garbage bags, paper towels and yes someone forgot their tooth brush so it was so incredibly thoughtful that all of these things were provided. “

„The stay was perfect…..almost. Check-in was difficult because the code that we were supposed to use didn’t work. Not the owners fault at all! Something was wrong with the Internet on the whole island so that was an issue. Luckily, a guy that owned surf shop across the street, let me use his landline. So if you go and stay at the house take your time to go across the street and say hey to the owner of Rodanthe Surf Shop. Besides the check in process the week was the time of my life!“

„Three 50/60 something couples (with two dogs) got together for our annual reunion. Mid-October 24. The house did great for our event but would work well for a family trip as well. The place was very clean when we got there. Communication was great with homeowner/manager.
