There will be construction in the parking garage from August 1 through November 30th. Parking will be outside of the garage during this time.

Location and comfort says it all! Sun Meadows #1 building is steps away from the lifts and in the heart of the Mountain Village. This condo is on the third floor with great views looking down the Kirkwood valley!

This is a rare "hotel" style lockout in Sun Meadows #1 that sleeps 4, 3 Adults comfortably. 1 queen murphy bed and 1 full futon bed, full bath, brand new flat-screen tv is perfect for a ski trip that's affordable. This condo lock off offers a kitchenette and it's pet-friendly!

The place is full of carpet that could need a wash. The appliances are not working as they are supposed to. The freezer does not freeze and the cooking plate stopped working.

Honestly, we plan on coming back before the next big snow. It’s the perfect place if you want to get first chair without having to wake up at 5AM and drive up the mountain.

Just as pictured and described. Due to the snow storm finding parking was difficult. Checking in was easy. Door frame has been previously chewed by some other person's dog. The mattress on the Murphy bed wasn't the most comfortable. Happy to have a bathtub for a soak after a powder day. Was in a rush at checkout and forgot to take out the trash.

Can’t beat location, right across from lifts 5 and 6. And directly next to Cornice Grill. Cozy little room, with good TV options (log in with your own credentials, Netflix, Spotify, etc.). I thought that the pictures on the listing were confusing because they appear to show two different studios. For those who are also confused, this studio is the one with a leather futon.

It's exactly as described. Everything is functional and it's perfect for a getaway that puts you right at the foot of the ski lifts! It is definitely very cozy for four people, I mean you have to basically rub shoulders as you walk to the bathroom. The kitchenette is tiny - so tiny it's difficult to find counter space to prepare anything. Would recommend for 2 ppl. Location is amazing!

The scenery is beautiful. It’s awful going up and down the stairs, as I am handicap. The room did not have enough bathroom supplies for the length of time that I stayed! Had to go to the store and buy mayor bathroom necessities!!! The dishes are broken that I cut my fingers twice!!! It has old carpet and rugs that throw hair like crazy!!!! Lots of dog hair all over the place!!! I love the location but I would definitely not stayed in Sun Meadows again!!! The front desk or reception don’t get back to you till 48 hours later if they get back to you at all! I stayed a whole week and I am still waiting on information I requested!! Was told it would be send via email and I never received anything!!!

First of all much to pricey for what u get!!! Advertisers say there’s cable - there’s not ! DVD player is broken - couldn’t find anywhere to rent them! Bed is old an uncomfortable! Shower runs out of hot water 1//2 way through a normal shower! Showed up to a 1/4 roll of tp with no back up roll! Cut the crap out of my toe on gold trim between kitchen an carpet! In the folder it says take of ur shoes had I left them on .. no cut! Over all not happy campers! Mark

Great Location!
This is a small unit really suitable more for 2 people than 4 even though it has 4 beds listed. We have 2 adults and 2 kids and we were looking for a place in Tahoe to spend New Year Eve very last minute. So - we were very delighted to have found this reasonably priced unit available. Location is perfect - right on kirkwood, right next to a popular pizza restaurant which has cool games, pool table etc at night for the kids. The place also has some good view. The unit overall is good. However, It's not the most comfortable stay - as it's not easy to struggle through a small space with 4 people - even 2 are kids. The main bed is a "pull-out" from the wall - so - if you do need more space during the day - you could push it back up. Both beds, especially the sofa bed - are too soft for us. The place appeared clean - but we were taken aback a bit as we found some leftover stuff/trash (probably from a previous stay) under the coach as we manipulate the sofa bed. Kitchenette is nice to be there - but not that useful as we are so tight in space when the main bed is lowered. We did love all the board games available. As kirkwood is very remote and we had no other place to go at night, our family spent happy precious time playing monopoly and other board games. Property management is very good and responsive overall. We asked for a couple more set of towels and I got prompt email responses and towels delivered as expected.
