„My family of 8 stayed here with our 2 dogs right after Hurricane Milton. I didn't have high expectations as a hurricane just hit, but the home was clean and ready for us. My kids were very excited about the home, especially the large pool and the "smart" refrigerator where they could watch YouTube and have dance parties together in the kitchen. „Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir bei dem Vermieter gebucht. Und beide Male wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Selbst kleinere Probleme wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Auf Fragen wurde super schnell geantwortet und reagiert. Gerne wieder :-) Viele Grüße aus Berlin.“

„Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns im Januar die Poolheizung dazu gebucht, so konnten wir schon früh schwimmen. Bei kleinen Problemen stand uns der Vermieter und das Management zur Seite. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, Essen, Einkaufen und die Disneyparks sind alle zwischen 15 und 20 min Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Leider klemmt das Schloß manchmal, so dass man manchmal mehrere Anläufe benötigt, um in das Haus zu kommen. Sonst super für Familien geeignet.“

„Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue. „I was impressed overall, but it would be helpful to have light switches labeled, as we inadvertently turned off the theater room projector when trying to shut off hall lights. Also It was not clear to me that you had to buy the pool heat before, but it was easily rectified when we arrived. Also you do have to rent a grill, it does not come automatically. Overall a nice experience, and plenty of room and fun for the kids. Nice perk is the community pool, lazy river and water slide access!“
