„Die Ferienanlage ist sehr großzügig und liegt direkt am Atlantik. In der Anlage gibt es zwei Pools, Tennisplätze, Shuffleboards, Grillplätze, Beachbar, Entertainment, uvm. Unsere Unterkunft war groß, gut ausgestattet, aber leicht schmutzig. Dies kann aber auch vom Hurrikan "Irene" herkommen. Unser Gesamteindruck war wirklich gut, die Outer Banks sind immer einen Urlaub, eine Woche ist ausreichend, wert.“

„We had 9 family members. The home was lovely, spacious and had that pool which was used a lot. The house is near the ocean, shopping, restaurants and points of interest. The only con would be more umbrellas/shade sails by the pool and the multiple decks. It was really hot while we were in Kitty Hawk!“

„This house had everything we needed and the host was extremely accommodating. The access to the beach was our favorite part followed by the evening hot tub soaks. Comfortably slept 6 adults and would definitely return!“

„Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. „The location was ideal for us. Close enough to walk to places in Duck (1 mile-ish). Down far enough so that Kill Devil Hills / Kitty Hawk weren't that far. And it's on the beach. The amenities and details provided exceeded our expectations. The hosts are quickly responsive to questions and communicated with us along the way. As my title said, we are already looking to book this location again. And I may even book it on my own, sans spouse. I loved it that much.“

„This vacation home deserves more than 5 Stars. We had a fabulous time, the house was spot clean when we arrived and had everything that you could possibly need. It was very dog friendly, which was very important for us since we brought our furfriend as well. Drew and Sarah were very accommodating with any questions and easy to get in touch with. „House was as described in listing, short walk to the beach. Great view from the decks. A couple of small improvements will go a long way with guests…. Improved outdoor lighting (not all deck lights worked on top deck, carport stair light didn’t work, light by front door not very bright). Motion sensor lights would be great. Kitchen had all necessary items. Providing basic items such a extra toilet paper, dish soap and basic spices (salt/pepper) would be appreciated “
