Darling 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Seascape golf course in Kitty Hawk. New swimming pool and backyard grass for cornhole and cartwheels. Easy walk to the beach, or play golf at Seascape Golf Links. You can ride your bike to get bagels in the morning, or milkshakes in the afternoon. Sandtrap bar, Arts place and Ocean Boulevard are close and within walking distance for casual or fine dining.
Conveniently located close to Mile post 3, off of Eckner easily avoiding a long drive to your vacation destination. The home is cozy, decorated and furnished nicely with newer furnishings, beds and bedding. The kitchen has just been remodeled and is fully stocked. 3 bedrooms are on separate levels for privacy. Linens and bath towels included. Just bring beach towels. Fun add ons include a private fenced yard great for dogs, hot tub, ping pong table, fire pit, barbecue grill, basketball hoop, picnic table, corn hole boards! Great times await on Seascape. Great clean beach house with everything you need.
The house was very clean and had been lovely decorated to make our Thanksgiving weekend away special. The fenced-in backyard was perfect since we brought our dog. The beach is quite a walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home that you can tell is more than just a rental to owner
Beautiful clean and well maintained home with all the fixings. This is more then a rental it’s a great home to make great lasting memories with family, The cleanest rental we have ever stayed in and we have went every year to Outer Banks since my boys were toddlers, and now they are grown men . The owner cares about the property and it shows but still allows your pet which as we all know is family . I would urge future renters to treat this as if it was your place so that others can make the kind of memories we did

Nice OBX Beach House near everything
House was clean and had everything you will need. The hot tub and new swimming pool were great and enjoyed daily. Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores are all close by. The beach is just under a mile drive, but too far to walk with all of your beach gear in our opinion. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Loved kitty hawk at Kirra’s Vacay House
We loved the property very comfortable and perfect for our family. We brought our dog fenced in yard was perfect for her to run around. Many memories were made at the pool, hot tub, fire pit and in living spaces playing games. So close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay again. Great Beach Vacay!
This was a great property! There was plenty to do to keep our grandkids (7 & 9) occupied when we weren't at the beach. The home was clean and precious. It was also within easy driving distance to the beach, golf course, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfectly Relaxing
Very quiet and private property close to everything on the North Side. Convenient with lots to see and do. Surrounded by great restaurants and friendly people. But, the best part was the home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed. There is something for everyone at every age in the home. Not for someone who can’t do steps though. We so enjoyed our stay we looked to book again before we left. The owner is very responsive and made us feel welcome even before our arrival. Definitely tell our friends. Definitely a 5 star rating!

It was very rewarding and relaxing. Good location was able to do and see various places in OBX. Great paradailing and even the patoon ride in bay to see the dolphins highly recommend Causeway motor sports. Also launched kayaks at Jockey ridge state park. Then back to the house to swim in pool and evening in hot tub. Thank You for the great experience..

Lots of Extras!
The home is beachy and spacious. Each bedroom is on a separate floor which allows for privacy. Everything you need is provided. Lots of outside games and things to do. The new heated pool and backyard is beautiful. The hot tub was great. In a great location. Jillene was quick to answer our correspondence and a great host. I would recommend this home for couples or a family with kids. We will be staying here again!

Kitty Hawk Beach House
The host kindly let us check in early which we appreciated. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The back yard is directly in line of golf ball drives and backs up to the golf course. The net to block balls was broken which the host let us know about upon checkin. There were several balls in the yard so if the net is not up, it is possible to get hit by a golf ball in the back yard. The house was clean however there was a very strong mildew smell downstairs. We did not enjoy being downstairs because of the smell. The beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture is stained. If renting this house, it is necessary to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, and napkins. There were paper towels. To get to the beach there is a very busy road that needs to be crossed. The house is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great host and property. Right on 2nd fairway of Seascape GC. Perfect house for a pair of Father/Sons on golf trip. Well stocked, pool, hot tub, big fenced back yard, plenty of parking and great location convenient to everything you would need on vacation. I would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving in Kittyhawk
We had a family of 5 adults stay during Thanksgiving week and found the location to be convenient for shopping, restaurants and of course golf, as it's right on the course. The house is comfortable and had all the necessities, with thoughtful touches - while it is a bit dated, it was clean and cheerfully decorated. The host was immediately responsive when I had questions and helpful. While we don't have a pet, they allow pets and I was relieved to find no evidence of or pet odors. The neighborhood was also pleasant and quiet. Would go again!

Beautiful beach house
Easy check in ! Plenty of space for large groups or families. Felt very at home . Kitchen had everything to cook a great meal for friends or family. We had two small pooches so we kept large sheets from home to cover both couches . Backyard was big and had lots of sand toys to play with. Had a hard time getting my hubby in for dinner! Lol Jillene was awesome and answered my questions within 10 mins. I love owners who keep in touch with guests. Thanks again for making it a trip to remember ! Lee and Don B

The True SeaScape
This place checked all the boxes. The owner answered all my questions before booking, pending arrival, and once we were there. You can tell the family took time to make the house perfect for guests (especially kids). (no pool yet, but the owner communicated this with us) super pet and family friendly place. Several areas to lounge inside and outside. Our kiddo loved hunting for golf balls! We used to stay in seascape for decades until our family house sold. So we love the community. This is truly a diamond for families with about 6 or less guests.
