Modern Mellen Dream Rental
The Modern Mellen was the perfect house for me, my wife, two young children, and grandparents. We went to Knoxville for a family wedding. The rental property was very close to family and near a main road through Knoxville, enabling access to a variety of eats, treats, and adventures. The home was exceptionally clean, and we immediately felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The host was very reachable and communicative.

Weekend In Knoxville
Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.

Comfort!
I was in Knoxville for my son who was ill. This was the perfect place for me to stay. Ruben, the host responded immediately when I needed to extend my stay and made everything extremely easy for me. The house is super clean and the bed in the master was extremely comfortable. In the morning there was plenty of coffee, and stepping out back the sound of the birds was a cheerful way to start my day. I can't think of a single thing I needed that wasn't available to me. Kroger is just blocks away, downtown Knoxville is close too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, or any other property they own, and will definitely be back on my next visit to Knoxville.

Property brand new, very clean and plenty of towels and linens were provided. A big plus for us was that the property allowed our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Location very convenient to many restaurants and stores as well as UT campus and downtown.

Adorable place
This house is adorable, super clean and had all the amenities we could have needed. Felt like a boutique hotel. Can't say enough about the place. We stayed here to visit U of T and although it wasn't close it's right down the street from a little town with anything you might need in terms of supplies, restaurants, coffee etc. Maybe took us 10 minutes to get to downtown Knoxville so not out of the way at all. iIt's clearly a neighborhood that is turning around with new construction homes and some older places, but peaceful and quiet on the street. Thx for a great stay!

The property was so cute, very clean, and had the perfect touches that every vrbo needs. The owner was available right when we needed him, as the door code to get in was having an issue, and it was fixed within one minute. Super cute and comfortable property! We had a short one night stay but enjoyed exploring Knoxville and staying in this cute and comfy house. Ruben was very responsive with any questions I had. The only issue we had was that the floors were dirty, but the rest of the house was clean. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful experience
This was probably our best vrbo experience. The hosts were incredibly communicative and quick to response, the house was near some good restaurants and conveniently located near a Kroger. Any small issue we had was immediately resolved. I recommend this house and this stay 100 times over.
