Cleanliness is above average, both in the rooms and at the pool, which we are often skeptical about in Thailand, but here it was remarkably well kept. The entire team is incredibly dedicated and goes above and beyond to fulfill every guest’s wishes. The spacious beach is ideal for children, as the water deepens gradually. Additionally, the hotel offers excursions and scooter rentals at the same rates as external providers, with no extra charges. The hotel manager speaks excellent English and takes great care in addressing the needs of all travelers."
