Tiny Ranch by Tiny Away, known as "Ochre Creek Ranch," is snugly nestled in a bushland paddock within the rural area of Koah, merely 13 minutes away from the stunning mountain retreat of Kuranda. Conveniently close to exciting attractions such as Kuranda Scenic Railway, Kuranda Koala Gardens, Barron Falls, and Crystal Cascades—promising endless adventure.
The tiny house is cocooned within a timber-enclosed area amidst bushwalking tracks, vast open fields, and friendly farm animals (such as horses, sheep, and goats) to keep you company. Don't wait, and spend your weekend getaways embracing the lifestyle of the Australian bush in Far North Queensland, surrounded by stunning farm landscapes, and seasonal creeks that flow from January to April.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except the land host's private residence. We ask guests to only contact their hosts if they need medical attention or maintenance.
Moreover, guests are welcome to visit the creek, wander through the bush tracks, bird watching, and interact with our farm animals (under the land host's supervision). Local markets with crafts, plants, homemade cakes, and locally grown food are also available in the area. For further information, please ask your host.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Farm experience is available depending on your host's availability
- Please stay away from the sites that have private property on them
- Expect free-range farm animals and agricultural noise on our property
- Given the farm and rural setting, children are welcome under CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Farm Guidelines
- We ask that guests not stand behind our horses or any other animal
- For your protection, please keep a safe distance from our farm animals
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Always remember to close the gates when entering any paddocks on the property
- We also ask guests to only feed the horses carrots behind the closed sheds that the tiny house is in, other than that, do not feed horses out in the open areas as they can be quite aggressive.
Overall, all of our animals are fine to pat and friendly most of the time. We ask that kids always be supervised when they're on this property.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
