„Large apartment and basically nice facility. Apartment had only one queen bed, although we had booked a king bed. There was no air conditioning available. So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. An alternative room with air conditioning was - on repeated requests - although promised, but never offered. A compensation was not done. Therefore, we can not recommend this ...

„Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

„Property is clean and modern- feels very peaceful. In great location-15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Porch was beautiful. This is as advertised. “

„The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. One negative, however, was the dishwasher did not operate, and who wants to do dishes when on holiday?“

„The back yard is the golf course, that made it very beautiful and peaceful. A short walk to shopping, sports bar, farmers market, harbor and the seashore for awesome sunsets. plenty of room for our softball team to cook, eat, relax and sleep. “

„We loved our stay here! The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. The hosts have thought of everything with a well stocked kitchen, soft towels, beach gear, towels and more. We loved drinking coffee on the big deck. Other reviews had us a little concerned about being woken up by roosters, but we closed the windows at night and turned on sound machines (one they provided and one we brought) and it wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Our stay was great. It’s a little dated but it was completely fine for us. We liked being away from the crowds and people and enjoyed the chickens and peacocks. The road is a little steep but manageable. Just go slow. I would stay here again. “

„Janie was very responsive to our needs and responded to our minor questions quickly. Location is convenient for driving to many places on west side of the island. The street is a bit noisy in the morning but the birds singing help make up for that. Great views and places to be outside. I would definitely come back.“

„It was great! The only thing bad in the house is a step inside the front door that wasn’t marked and looked just like the floor! My wife and I both tripped on it twice than I took the rug out of the downstairs bathroom and marked it with that. Other wise the place was perfect. “

„This is a real find. The lanai opens up on a tranquil view of the mountains and the air is filled with birdsongs. During my stay, I sat on the lanai for hours and never heard a human voice. The condo was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived I could not find an umbrella or chair and when I communicated with the management they answered immediately. Very very nice spot. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. We were a family group of 7 (kids aged 5yr-teen) and found the space excellent for our wants. Pictures are accurate to the space. They had switched out the dining room table for a larger one, which was much better for our family. During daylight, we much preferred the spacious outdoor ground-level lanai for relaxing (not shown). Garage was not available for our stay. Our girls loved the pool. The HOA requires quiet after 8:30pm so the evenings ...

„Comfortable stay, close to the village, golf course, and spa/pool. Quite neighbours and an amazing view“

„We have been going to BI every year for 12 + years, we stay in the same complex Waikoloa Villas but in different condos depending on who's going. This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. “

„Wunderschönes Hotel an Top Lage in Hawaii. Tolles Resort mit Golfanlage und Traumstrand. Bei diesem Resort kann man sich richtig erholen und entspannen. Dieses Four Seasons ist jedoch nicht mit einem Four Seasons in Europa oder Asien zu vergleichen. Hier gibt es kein Afternoon Tea und die Getränke und das Essen wird am Strand in Plastikbehälter serviert. Preise sind eher hoch und zudem wird ein Serviceaufschlag von 20% bei den Mitarbeiter erwartet. Zimmer, Anlage und das SPA sind sehr komfort ...
