terrible service from the company, I booked apartments in Croatia Molunat 117, for three nights, the money was written off instantly, a confirmation came, we bought plane tickets, flew in, took a taxi to go 30 km from the airport, arrived and the owner of the apartment said my address, but there was no such request from Expedia and there were no available rooms, having no connection and Internet, we tried to call Expedia in Croatia, and for three hours under the scorching sun we tried to call and figure it out and all to no avail, and we were left on the street, the owner greeted us terribly, he did not even offer water, he only laughed at our situation, we stood in front of the apartment for three hours under the strong sun with suitcases, the owner did not even offer us a search or give us water or help figure it out, I will never recommend these apartments to anyone and the Expedia employee also did not offer anything, he only sent an SMS that the booking was impossible and allegedly did not have my email address, although he sent a letter two days later but I still can not get my money back, such terrible service or a scam ,,, everything is terrible and I don’t know if they will return the money,,??
