„ Unser Aufenthalt im 'Pao's Hotel' in SaPa war einfach großartig! Alles war super und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon auf die Berge war atemberaubend. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es in der Nähe ...

„Très hôtel style montagnard à l’extérieur de Sapa. Chambres magnifiques avec vue exceptionnelle. Personnel gentil mais peu qualifié ce qui rend le service très bancal en général (maitrise de l’anglais très moyenne, absence de coordination, quelques indélicatesses). Spa assez vieillot. En bref, un très bel hôtel avec un service pas à la hauteur. “

„This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa. “

„This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.“

„Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance.“

„Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel. The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! “
