For a great oceanfront holiday have a look at these 2 oceanfront beach lodges Salt & Pepper
These 2 beach lodges can be rented separate or if you are with a bigger group together. Both lodges have2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private deck.
The oceanfront private pool is shared with both sides.
Both bedrooms have AC , ceilings fans and ensuite bathrooms .

Kite- en windsurfers only have to drive a few minutes as the lodges are located on the South side of the island.
Close to all the famous dive sites as Helma Hooker, Salt Pier , The Lake and many more.

For the best breakfast, lunch and dinner you only have to walk next door to Ocean Oasis.
Also located on their premises Flamingo Premium Diving for the best diving on the island.

Beautiful Bonaire
Beautiful property, very responsive management company, every little thing was handled quickly. Quiet peaceful place easy water access great snorkeling right out front. Breezes and layout mean good air flow. Many thanks to Martin and Nicole for a great stay. We will be back.

Amaaaazing!!
Location is ideal and the pool was perfect! We soaked in it everyday after diving. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen, and a/c in the bedrooms. Nice cross breeze in the kitchen area with the windows open. Martin was super responsive and it was great being able to snorkel and dive right in front of the place. Highly recommend!!!

Just what the doctor ordered
Between the majestic view the tranquility and peace found in the location giving a pool and a very peaceful cool place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee thia was just what the doctor ordered. my husband and i celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, my 50th birthday and the 2 yr anniversary of our middle sons death. 💙 we were able to be happy and sad this week and just process life without all the noise and enjoy this beautiful place. Nichole and her husband were awesome hosts. i will stay here again and recommend this place to everyone. it is truly paradise.

Had a great time in Bonaire. Our rental home was pretty and in great location! Our backyard (the ocean) was beautiful! home had everything we needed… plenty of towels, chairs to take to the beach, very cool outdoor seating area. 2 bedrooms were air conditioned which was good…. Open area (living room /kitchen did not have a/c, but if windows and doors were open, there was a good breeze, but it does get pretty warm in those areas. No tv if that is something you need, but internet great! We were right next door to Ocean Oasis which has good breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, good cocktails too. Our host was Martin and he was awesome! Took very good care of us! Absolutely loved! I do recommend bug spray… we did get bit quite a bit but that has nothing to do with the home… just the downside of Bonaire. Thank you Martin and Nicole!

A great house in a great location. Nicole is great to work with, any issue is addressed promptly and completely. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare breakfast each day. Pool was excellent. Had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Vacation Home
The property itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. The home was fully stocked with everything you need to stay there including a washer, kitchen appliances, many towels, outside seating, and more. We had a personal check in where the owner came and told us a little bit about the features of the property and gave suggestions for grocery stores and some diving tips. We did a dive right outside the home and it was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. The only minor downside to this was that there is a beach club next door which is noisy at night but you are always welcome to join! It didn’t bother us too much but it’s definitely something to mention. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here, the owners are very nice and accommodating and the home is beautiful and comfortable.

Diving and sunsets in Bonaire
Arriving to find snacks in the fridge was a welcome surprise! Ocean Oasis is a nice perk next door except on Friday and Saturday night of our stay. It would have been fine if the party scene was our thing. We truly loved the location, the beautiful friendly people and the diving was amazing. We will return!

Great place
As 2 couples we stayed for 2 weeks. Unit is fully equipped. Property managers were great and the place has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. You can snorkel right off the front yard. Suggest you turn right walk along the Oasis concrete barrier and launch off a large square Coral as it’s less challenging to get in. The sea life in front is amazing. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

Peaceful retreat
Relaxing peaceful stay. Easy water access right in front, same as everywhere in Bonaire. Great fish and viz right out from. Clean elegant well equipped. We coooked in most nights. Beach club next door was not noisy at all, as another review said. Iymt is right there but quiet. Will definitely be back

We had a great stay at this wonderful property. The view is gorgeous, and the home was beautiful. I loved spending my morning sipping coffee in the deck just watching the ocean. Property managers were so so nice and super attentive. I was a bit concerned with a few reviews pointing out mosquitos, lack of AC in kitchen and noise next door. As far as mosquitoes, they were every place we went and most places were open air, so I do not see as an issue, just part of life in the island. A bit of bug spray and I was good. The AC also not an issue, and I am an AC lover. The large fans and breeze from the windows keeps it a comfortable temp, and let's you hear the ocean :). As far as noise, there were two nights where the music was a bit loud, but with a white noise machine it was easily drowned out. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Highly, highly recommend!
Extremely happy with our decision to stay at this property. The location is exceptional for visitors who are on Bonaire for diving. The access to the south side of the island dive sites is easy and quick, with one marked dive site immediately off the property, providing great options for an early morning or evening dive. The property has everything that two couples need — full size separate in suite bathrooms, adequate linens, rinse space for dive gear and a well stocked kitchen to make all meals from home if you desire to do so. The airflow through the home with the sea breezes are incredibly pleasant and the view of the water is amazing. This is our 4th trip back to Bonaire, and without a doubt our favorite property that we’ve stayed at on the island. Couple that with an exceptional customer service experience through all of our communications with Nicole and Martin (who are amazing!), and I can say with certainty, this will be our preferred stay location on Bonaire for all our future trips! This location absolutely exceeded expectations, and we expected great things when we booked!

Amazing sunset views on the water
This is a very nice property with amazing views right on the water. We stayed for 17 days over the holidays and initially rented both sides for our entire trip. Unfortunately some family was unable to travel but Nicole and Martin were able to rent out the other side for a few days. House is as pictured and was very clean when we arrived. Bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied including some basics (sale, pepper, oil, vinegar etc.) Basic toiletries and plenty of towels. Washing machine was very handy and clothes dried quickly in the sun. Ocean Oasis next door can be noisy early in the morning with deliveries and after they close at night as the staff entrance is close to the house. Patrons also parked in our spaces regularly so we pulled the garbage bins to block when we were out which solved the problem. We tried going twice and both times our reservation was messed up so we do not recommend. However the massage hut was nice to have available. We also used Flamingo Diving which is on the other side of the club. Great shop and we highly recommend them! One thing to note is the mosquitoes were brutal during our stay especially during the night so we suggested netting for the bedrooms. Thanks to Martin and Nicole for a wonderful holiday!

Best location!
We loved the location of this property ! Close to Salt Pier and many other of our favorite sites . The house was perfect - right on the ocean, could open the bifold doors from the living area right out to the patio and pool and walk right out where we spent all our time when not diving- the sound of the ocean all night was amazing! We picked this place as we didn’t want to be in a hotel “room” when not diving or around crowds of people at a resort type place - we got tanks right next door at Flamingo Diving and they are wonderful people that are so helpful and kind. The house was well stocked with everything plus more that you could ever need. Super clean , spacious , and just a great job with all the finishes- bathrooms/showers are awesome We will definitely be back here, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay . They even had a couple beers and snacks ready for us when we arrived which was a nice touch ! Don’t hesitate to rent this wonderful home - you will be glad you did!!!

UNINHABITABLE!
Bonaire is a hot place. It may have steady wind; however, the way this property is situated, it cannot take full advantage of the wind to properly cool it. The property claims to have AC. It does; HOWEVER, the ad did not disclose that the AC was ONLY in the bedroom. Because there is no AC in the rest of the living space, it is completely too hot and uncomfortable to enjoy anywhere outside of the bedroom either day or night. It was unbearable to cook, eat, or do anything in the living area due to the heat and lack of AC. There is a large fan; however, we had the fan turned on high, a separate floor fan on high, and all of the windows and doors (including the front door) open. It didn’t help. We had to eat in the bedroom as it was too hit to sit in the living area. If you can stand the heat, you won’t be able to escape the mosquitos. There are pockets in the living area that the wind and fans don’t hit. While you are cooking or sitting at the table or couch, you will get attacked by the mass of mosquitos that are able to get in and linger in the property. So, while we were sweating on the property in the living area, the mosquitos would eat us alive at the same time. The Beach Club next door made matters worse. On the weekends, it is very loud from the music and the patrons that pour out at midnight, dump their bottles and trash in the driveway of the property, rev their engines, and talk loudly. It was impossible to sleep because of the substantial amount of noise. My wife went out to tell the patrons to please keep the noise down and leave. When she walked out she was confronted by 5 patrons - one was urinating against the wall, another was sitting on our car and was so inebriated he could barely stand, the other 3 argued with her - and this was at 12:30 at night! Apparently, this is a regular occurrence from what management told me at the Beach Club. The owners of this property may attempt to say that the heat was higher than normal or the wind was lower than normal. That was not the case. You want to stay away from this property. It is simply not livable. The other 2 properties next door and almost all of the other properties we looked at while in Bonaire have AC in their living areas. It is absolutely necessary for this property. The locals may be able to handle no AC; however, this property has to be remodeled as it is uninhabitable in its current condition. On a separate note, the property managers did a good job.

Great house in a great location
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The house is in a convenient location, but it is right next door to Ocean Oasis. So if you like privacy, then this is not the house for you. Overall, being right next door to Ocean Oasis was more of a convenience for us than an annoyance. I would stay here again.
