Great long weekend with family
"Everything top, great choice of restaurants, nice SPA, friendly staff. In the bar they even made a Shirley Temple for our daughter who was really delighted that they have it in good old Germany. Location is quiet but still walking distance to all the action in Hamburg."

"Rooms were excellent. Room service is every 3 days but you can request extra. Breakfast was good. Two negative issues. Charged €8.60 for 2 small bottles of water at reception. Bar staff at the bar slow and inefficient. The bar closed before 23.00."

"This was a lovely one night stop near the Portuguese area of Hamburg. Easy to walk around and also easy to get lost. Room was lovely and spacious. Very clean. Staff friendly only issue was the language barrier. But you can work through that."
